55What an awesome property! Well kept too
45Beautiful spot! Pretty well-kept. My only complaint/warning would be that the stream leading to the pond (at the time I went, at least) is basically all dried up; it’s all mud. The pond also consists of said mud, as well. Sully went for a dip and came out with a muddy booty. But I think the majority of the mud/muck build-up is just at the edges of the pond. The depth of the pond also drops off very shallow into the water. My mastiff walked in and couldn’t touch the bottom after walking approximately 4-5ft into the water. Thank goodness he can swim. I recommend life vests, definitely. We also heard two dogs barking inside of the house, but they did not bark until we got within a close proximity to the house (up the hill). Not ranking on the spot, just want people to be prepared! It’s a very lovely spot. I would probably go back if there was less mud.

55Amazing sniff spot!!! Pond/stream for swimming and sipping. Backs up to a state park where the woods go on (no walking paths, so we were not worried about seeing others) My guy had a blast. There is a road on either side so bring a long lead or make sure your dog has okay recall :)

25We understood it was not fenced but I didn't see the road in the pictures. We have a new puppy and was excited to have her off leash but didn't even get out of the car because of the proximity of the road. Also a sign or something would be nice indicating the correct area. Nice water spot but the road was too close for comfort
55Our two Brittanys loved it! It was safe and fun! Plenty of sniffing with a little stream and a big pond circled by plush well groomed meadows (no burs, thorns or hitch-hikers). We’ll be back! Thank you!
55Nicole's place is a dream! We went after a heavy rain so the fields were muddy as we expected but the pond was incredible! The dogs had a blast. Can't wait to visit again!
55This was our second visit and it was just as lovely as the first. Nicole was very responsive, accommodating and helpful. The property is large and well-maintained. Our dogs loved running around, swimming and, eventually, relaxing with a bone. Thank you, Nicole, for sharing your space.

Come relax with your pup on our 17 acre property (About 10 acre access for the pups) located just across the street from Hurd State Park in East Hampton! Enjoy our peaceful property which includes a natural spring pond!
