This is a nice size yard that is fenced in with 6 foot privacy fencing. Plenty of chairs and 2 large umbrellas in the summer months. My dogs will be inside during visits.

It is a fence in yard They can run around and play and enjoy. We also have toys and treats as well.. I'm a dog mom also..

Please make sure all the gates are locked tightly when you leave. I asked that you enter the side gate off of 30th St. please be courteous of the plants and flowers. I have planted try to watch your dogs that they don’t dig please I will have doggy bags on the porch that you can clean up after your pet, there’s a trashcan in the alley you can throw them in. Huge fenced in yard. Perfect for them to run and play catch long distance, and get some energy out. Half acre.

Shaded spot for your pet to lay, water hose to give drinks, lots of smells from our dogs, 6 foot tall fence. Safe and great area.

Our backyard is on a fenced in double lot with lots of room to run and play. Heavily wooded and backs up to a ravine. One thing to note: Our gate to the backyard opens up to our steps to the house (you can see this in the photos) and it can be trickier to navigate if you have a mobility aide. My husband and I work from home and either of us would be happy to assist in accessing the yard if needed. We have one camera mounted to the back of the house that does not see past the deck. This is for peace of mind after a neighbors house got broken into–its unrelated to sniffspot and isn't something we look at during visits.

We are approximately 10 acres of woodland grass, and native prairie, located on a gravel road with perimeter fencing, but not gate fencing. Dog owners must assume responsibility for their digs and their safety. There is lots of room to roam and play, but dogs can run outside of perimeter if not monitored and/or controlled. There will be no other dogs out and about during a booked visit, however there will be dogs in the house.
