Amazing lawn- great for sniffing & playing fetch - & then there is a large private pond for puppy swimming & stretching those canine legs! The entire pond is surrounded by winding concrete paths for stretching your legs too! Both sun & shaded areas- lots of interesting wildlife can be seen. Nice place to play with your fur-baby. ⚠️ Absolutely NO Fishing allowed ⚠️ ⛔️ Property is NOT fully fenced ⛔️ No smoking or approaching the living quarters /houses /structures Visitors are to remain in the front 2.5 acres in front of the house & structures. Don’t swing or pull on the willow tree branches- they break easily & can fall causing injury. Watch for low hanging branches- protect your eyes /head Watch your step for gopher holes /uneven places or sprinkler holes (best to stay on pathways)
