55This was our first experience. Upon arrival, the entry to the yard was very convenient to my parking. I opened the door and they went right in the yard. Lots of green grass was throughout! No muddy spots. On the far end is a pasture with a very nice horse. He was at the fence and in sight the whole time. He did stick his nose through the fence, I was scared my dogs would bite him. Luckily, all went well. Across the field are 2 dogs, they barked almost the whole time. There were also chickens on the property which my dogs didn't see. Our girls had a blast! One ran and ran! The other sniffed everything! Great time, we'd love to come back. Oh, bring your water and dish! We forgot ours and they definitely needed it.
15The description said that there are no other dogs visible or audible from the play area and that neighbors would keep their dogs inside. On my visit the neighbors 2 Great Pyrenees barked continuously and ran up and down the fence line. One of my dogs was recently attacked by a strange dog so this was completely stressful and distracting. We left early and don't plan to return. My intention was to let my dogs run in a peaceful atmosphere and this wasn't our experience here.
55Cute little yard! Bring your own water bowl and drinking water.
45All fenced, clean, and area is primarily sod, which was great. There were toys and a garbage can (thank you!) The dogs had a great time.
55Easy to find and very nice place! My dogs loved it
55A great little yard for senior dogs or those with low mobility! And we loved the friendly horse neighbor.
55Thanks again!
55Clean and ready to use. Host was polite and responsive.
55Great spot to sniff and play! Fun toys provided and the area was nice and flat for my high-energy doggo to do lots of doughnuts in the grass. Very well-maintained, soft grassy area with tools for scooping and disposing poops. We had a great time and can't wait to revisit!
55Quiet area, full fence and lots of shade. I will definitely be back.

Description

We have a nice grass yard fully fenced. We used to have dogs but lost them over the years and our yard is lonely and needs some play time. The trees along the road in the pictures have been recently removed. We also have some new neighbors who have dogs that do bark when they hear other dogs but they are across the horse field, not right next door.

Hello welcome to my property. I have over 2 acres but only a portion is fenced for dogs. We have horses goats and chickens that are all in their own areas but sometimes dogs can see the horse from the dog yard. Our yard is mowed grass with lots of room to run. It is shaded from the sun in hot afternoons.

Montana's 5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Camas: Closing October 21st for winter.

Closing October 21st for winter. Kiddy pool has a hole in it, so will be unusable until further notice! Please read ALL descriptions (including photos) before entering property. Return the toys and balls to where you found them, to the best of your ability. 5 acres is a lot of ground to cover, and if I have to round everything up after you visit, you will be blocked. Losing a ball or three is no big deal, it happens lol, but not picking up after yourself is rude. Please leave the place as you found it. Don’t knock on my doors, and do not ask me for my phone number. We have 3 separate fields. Black berry bushes are very present in all fields. FIELD 1: Closest to busy road, least suitable for free-roam incase of delivery or neighbor utilizing third gate on easement. I consider this field “the buffer zone”. Best suited for dogs with proper recall skills, or for those who want to hide biodegradable items in the rock piles to be found. Orange flags indicate boundaries with a buffer to prevent trespassing onto neighboring property back into the woods. There are times when I have to leave or enter the property, which I will notify you if this is to happen during your visit. Our three dogs will be heard from this field (from inside of the house). You will find the 2nd gate entrance here, into field 2. Look for the black garbage can, as well as blue kiddy pool to navigate to field 2. FIELD 2: the best field! Our backyard. It is completely fenced in, private, and safe for dogs 15lbs and up- smaller dogs such as our 9lb dog need to wear a device to recall because fencing is large enough for them to escape through. The fencing is approximately 3’ high. Horses can be seen from this field on neighbor’s property, along with their dog, Cooper. It is sloped, which is excellent for exercise! There are trees blocking our house and windows for privacy, easy gate access, and accessible water. There is a nice view of Mt. Hood, and a couple of log benches around the property. I try my best to maintain and refresh a kiddy pool and the water bowl. I strongly recommend against use of field 3 during foggy periods for safety of your pets. Should a dog without proper recall training decide to wander off in field 3, you will have a LOT of ground to cover without much sight distance (on foggy days). Water access is in field 1 by the house, please turn off with hose in “on” position to prevent built-up water pressure in the hose. Field 3: this is an excellent field for dogs with recall skills. Through the first two fields, is field 3, a property long and flat, one which openly borders our neighbor’s property. You must go through the gate at the bottom of field 2 to enter this field. While this field is technically entirely fenced, the entire property is not all ours, so we have marked boundaries using orange flags. Please reference photos for what these orange boundary flags look like. The orange flags indicate hazards along fence line, entrance to bee hives, and boundaries between properties. Cautions: Coyotes frequent this lower field on a weekly basis, so large dogs with proper recall training are advised only. I strongly recommend against use of this field during foggy periods for safety of your pets. Should a dog without proper recall training decide to wander off, you will have a LOT of ground to cover without much sight distance. Also, coyotes tend to be more active during these foggy periods. This field (field 3) is a split property (2 parcels), half ours, half theirs. The neighboring owners have bee hives! Please be mindful of bees, and maintaining general boundaries (see photos of orange flags designating boundary lines). It’s quite rugged, so be mindful of wild animal scat, mole holes, and uneven grass. There is a digging area here too. I have seen coyotes, skunks, deer, owls, a feral cat, and bunnies in this field. Horses and neighbor dog cooper are sometimes visible. Please contact me with any questions!
