Description

When entering, open the gate and be wary of other dogs! If there is another guest entering while you are inside with your dog, leash your dog until the entering guest has closed the gate and parked their vehicle. Make sure to park directly to the left once entering the sliding gate! Close the gate behind you and rehook the caribeeners. Have fun! There is a water spicket on the well house, toys around the yard, and a water bowl for guest use.

Additional rules

Make sure to leash your dog when a new guest is entering the gate until the vehicle is parked. Entering guest DO NOT open the gate until all dogs are leashed inside the gate. Other than that have fun!

Property is fully fenced, partially chain link and partially privacy fence. You can have use of fully fenced area, including sitting on covered porch and using the dog waste bags provided. Dog waste bags must be disposed of in the trash can at the front of the property entry.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
