The screened in patio has two sofas and a table with 4 chairs for your relaxation or work needs. A sprinkler if your dog is a fan can be provided. I provide a poop scooper and bucket for any doggy mess clean up.

We are located on the Reservoir Ridge trail head, where dogs have to be leashed. We find after a walk on the trail your furry friends like a little run in our enclosed area off leash. We welcome trainers and and dog sitters.

There is a water hose immediately to your right as you enter next to the back door to fill bowls. There are several toys in the yard one dog bed that can be thrown around as well. The lake is not too deep, and it's perfect for teaching your dog how to swim. It is a bit muddy, so bring a towel for your car ride home. Picnic tables and chairs available. Bring a picnic lunch and have a unique and private experience! There is a clean composting toilet on site, as well.

We are a farm property located in Lyons, CO. Our property has a variety of fenced in areas. There is a variety of farm animals on the property (Alpacas, Cows, Goats) that you are welcome to observe, but dogs are to NEVER interact with the animals.
