As a pet owner with dogs who loves to travel with our pets, we know it’s hard to find places to let our dogs run. If you are in town for the track or enjoying Saratoga or even rent here, but need a place to let your dog run free that is not a dog park our yard for you. Our yard is fully fenced in and back up two trees. We are approximately 1 mile from downtown Saratoga. Yard has some gardens and a swingset. There is hose access. When you rent the yard, you will have exclusive use of the yard with no other dogs for your dogs safety and enjoyment.

Our 9-acre property has over 5 acres of mowed land, with several trails and pathways as well. While the area is unfenced, it is far away from the road and downslope, so the road is not visible/accessible from the property.

Our large, fenced backyard is a paradise for dogs, offering ample space for running and playing. Located in a quiet neighborhood off Rt 9 in Latham, with plenty of easy street parking. The lush green grass is perfect for rolling around, while providing lots of sunshine! A variety of dog-friendly features, including double sided water bowls, free waste bags, free dog treats, dog toys to use while you’re here, and a pooper scooper to ensure that pets stay entertained and active. Let your dog run wild and play on our hay meadows in Putnam Station NY. Spot is woman owned and operated, features seclusion and great visibility for a safe, rural experience (please see the map included in the listing). Wide open meadows are beautiful and convenient to NY 22 on a quiet country road. Easy, paved access from the Eastern shores Lake George NY, near Fort Ticonderoga, and the Western Shore of Lake Champlain. Dog owner DOES NOT need to clean up pet waste at our spot ;D Your pet's poo is a beneficial deterrent against crop damage and helps keep deer from hiding their fawns in the meadow. You should have leash, voice, or buzz collar control (we have collars available) to protect from escape into the wilderness or out onto the road. Please contact us a day in advance if you would like to borrow buzz collar system or GPS (so we can make sure everything is fully charged). Our town is VERY strict on DCO enforcement - no loose dogs on the road or neighboring properties EVER please, they would probably send you a ticket in the mail! :P If you anticipate having trouble with keeping your dog close upon entering/leaving the meadows please bring your car well within the steel gate to park before letting pooches out onto the meadows - there is a magnificent view toward the end of the access road and space to turn around in dry weather. Water features are available through streams and small ponds at various locations in the woods, also along the lake there are some ponds, for those who want a longer adventure. Pets may dig anywhere along the wooded edge of the meadows, please no digging in the grassland.

We have 60 acres, fully fenced. There are walking trails, a spring fed pond, and a dock diving pool. There are port-potties at the entrance. Parts of the hiking area approaches the kennel areas (separated by fence) so we ask you to keep your dogs under voice control and in sight, away from kennel areas.
