Description

It was an overgrown wooded lot, which has been recently cleared of invasives and other non-ideal shrubs and trees. Most of the lot is quite open, allowing for parking. The canopy of old growth trees provides shade in the summer months. The lot currently has no utilities. The only structure on the property is a camper used for storage of tools, supplies and paperwork. The current fenced in area is about 5k sq feet, though there is a lot of open space for possibly extending up to 15-25k. Garbage and recycling containers are located near the center of the property by the camper. The current investment plan for the property is to plant native fruit/nut trees, and fruiting shrubs for the spring of 2022.

Booking Policies
Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

I'm also the landlord of two properties. The 820 Boggs property would be the 3rd and newest property which I bought last spring.

We do have our own little 9 lb.Chiweenie (@DinkyTheChiweenie on Instagram) when we are home but can either visit or not when you are here. He is scared of dogs over 12 lbs so we will likely just stay in while your bigger dog(s) visit 😉
