Description

Our backyard offers approximately 1,800 square feet of secure outdoor space which is about 0.04 acres designed for dogs to sniff explore and decompress in a calm residential setting. The yard is fully enclosed with two solid 6 foot wooden fences and one wrought iron fence creating a safe contained environment for off leash play. The space is well suited for dogs who enjoy privacy gentle exploration or a quieter alternative to busy dog parks. In addition to the yard guests are welcome to enjoy a covered patio and outdoor fire pit which are not included in the square footage. These areas provide shade seating and a comfortable place for humans to relax while their dogs explore. Located in a peaceful Ventana neighborhood this is ideal for reactive dogs senior dogs or anyone looking for a clean secure and low distraction space to spend quality time outdoors. I look forward to hosting you and your pup.

My backyard is a calm, nature-friendly space designed for dogs to explore, sniff, and decompress. As a naturalist, I do not use insecticides, pesticides or chemical yard treatments, making this a safer, more earth-honoring environment for sensitive paws, noses and humans. Located in the very quiet Ventana community, this space offers a peaceful, low-distraction setting…ideal for reactive dogs, senior dogs or dogs who simply enjoy a serene outdoor experience. This is also right next to walking trails and beautiful outdoor spaces. For safety and peace of mind, the yard is enclosed with a wrought iron fence that has a cement ground barrier installed underneath, helping prevent digging or escape. Guests also have convenient side-yard access, allowing for easy, private entry. You’re welcome to relax and enjoy the space too. The yard includes a beautiful covered patio and outdoor fireplace, perfect for shaded rest, cooler weather visits, or simply enjoying the calm while your dog explores. If you’re looking for a quiet, chemical-free, secure space where your dog can truly unwind, I’d love to host you.

Wonderful spot to let your dog off leash! We do have 2 dogs in a dog run to the right side of the property near the house. They are very friendly but may bark out of excitement when you arrive, but Reno and Milo are super friendly. They will not be in the area for your dog but there is a small portion of shared chain linked fence. There is also plenty of space to play with your dog that isn't near Reno nor Milo. Some parts of the year there can be stickers in a small portion of the front yard. This doesn't seem to be a problem for short hair dogs at all, but your pup might get a couple if they have fluffy poodle hair or long hair. Every now and then 2 of the neighbors along the back side of the property have their dog in their backyard. Your dog will be able to see through, as the fence is chain link on the backside. The property is so large, there is definitely room for privacy, however. If you need to use the waterhose, it's on the left side of the house! When you arrive the first time, simply text me thrive the app and I'll let you in the front gate and show you around! Hope to meet you and pup soon.
