My dog, Bran, is reactive and it was a life saver having a safe space to bring him and his sister, Miss Honey, to play! As an avid Sniffspot guest, I wanted to return the favor once I got a fully fenced in yard and host. My dogs love all the sniff action it brings too! Enjoy!

Brand new PVC vinyl fencing just installed with latched gate entrances for your convenience. Pull right into to our large 10 car space driveway so you & your pups are safely off the street, and use the side gate to enter Peppers Play Yard! Pepper is a friendly 5 year old female black lab, who loves play dates, if you & your dog are interested! Unless specified, Pepper will remain in the house, so you have complete privacy. Plenty of toys for the dogs and seating for the humans! There is a dog bowl with fresh water upon your arrival as well as doggie bags and trash for disposal. Please clean up after your visit, thank you!

Our yard is an open invitation, whether it's a game of fetch or a gentle roll in the grass. We hope our yard will also invite you relax and unwind as you watch your dog(s) play freely and having a great time. The dugout (shed) will have amenities for your convenience and enjoyment. Water Bowl also provided in case your pup gets thirsty. Hose with water available for an extra fee as well as outdoor electrical outlet ( no charge ) Large Doggy Pool can be filled and ready to go for an extra fee . Dog Treats available upon request for an extra fee. Mud Buster ( see pics ) available to clean your dogs paws before leaving if need be

Please help yourself to a Complimentary Pup Cup as a thank you for allowing us to be your host! (Cups & whipped cream in cooler). Our fencing includes: • 5’ wrought-iron fence along the front of the property for a secure, stylish entrance • 4’ welded-wire fencing along the sides and through the entire wooded back area, with posts cemented deep into the ground for added stability. • Welded wire fence is meant to blend in. It isn't visible until you are closer up, but rest assured, the woods are fully enclosed and extends far beyond the rocks. Whether your dog is a sprinter, a sniffer, or a nature-lover, this spot is built for adventure. Come play!
