Hello and Welcome! We offer 2 SniffSpots in quiet, rural, Germantown, OH, offering acres of beautiful, fenced or unfenced fields, for you and your dogs to jump and play, sit back and relax, or enjoy however you like. SniffSpot 1 is an unfenced, mowed, 1/2 acre, open field, with shaded seating and scenic views. SniffSpot 2 is a fully fenced 2 acre converted pasture. It's very private, containing a pond, picnic table, fields, and woods, with mowed border and mowed trails. Garbage cans, Dog drinking water, hose/spigot, and refreshments are available. Our pool area is completely fenced in. Everything you and your pup might need from sunscreen for both of you, snacks and refreshments plus towels, of course . There is a grooming force blow dryer to dry your pup in minutes before your ride home. There is also a side yard and backyard that is not fenced in. Check out our two other spots…. My Therapy Room is air condition with a private yard and the other is an extension play yard. ALL of my fenced in yards are Astroturfed, have cooling misting systems & shade sails.

We have a fully fenced in backyard that is off the road at the end of our driveway. We have multiple gate entry points, but the point of entry for the spot is straight back behind the driveway on the left of the red shed. The gate can lock and the yard goes downhill so there are little distractions to dogs who might be a little curious. The fence is lined with chicken wire and our dogs (we have 4) are kept inside during bookings!

Come visit our very secluded park! We live in an extremely quiet neighborhood with a 6 foot privacy fence. Reactive dogs, like our own, can run free and their owners can find peace of mind knowing there are no hazards to their dog's safety.

8 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Huber Heights, Ohio Welcome to our puppy play land! We have 8 acres, including a pond, creek, trails and woods you and your dog can play in. We welcome you and your pup to come play and run free. Your pup can swim in the pond, or play in the creek, or just run the trails past the creek. We ask that you clean up after yourself and your pup, there is a trash can at the barn, along with a pooper scooper and baggies. This is our main residence and there are cameras all around our property, just for your information.

We have 2.5 acres. We have 9 rescue dogs who require no fence because the woods and creek enclose our property. The creek has a perfect place for the dogs to swim. Our dogs are all indoor dogs so if someone is booked they will be safely inside.
