100% of our Sniffspot income goes towards the vet bills for our medical foster Siberian Huskies. **One human per dog is allowed in the pool while assisting their dog and are not to be in the pool if their dog is not in the pool. Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Includes a shaded seating area with ceiling fans, an indoor bathroom, doggy shower, towels & toys. Complimentary snacks, coffee & hot chocolate available at the coffee bar and cold drinks in the refrigerator. Lucky Star Country Dog Park In Manor

It is a doggy paradise. Just ask out 2 border collies and their friends. We have 5 acres with multiple fenced areas. Currently when you book you get the fully fenced front acreage. There is also a large pond for the water loving dogs but it is not fully secure. (POND IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE FOR PLAY DUE TO DROUGHT) We do also have horses, chickens and cats so we do ask that your pup be a good neighbor and not chase anyone but their own balls, frisbees or other toys.

This is a 3 acre pasture with trees, shade, and gentle hills for your dog to roam and enjoy. Our three big dogs love to play in our pasture, and the way they play can only be described as frolicking. Please note parts of the fence are easy for dogs to squeeze under, so this is best for well trained dogs or dogs on a leash.
