Our fencing includes: • 5’ wrought-iron fence along the front of the property for a secure, stylish entrance • 4’ welded-wire fencing along the sides and through the entire wooded back area, with posts cemented deep into the ground for added stability. • Welded wire fence is meant to blend in. It isn't visible until you are closer up, but rest assured, the woods are fully enclosed and extends far beyond the rocks. Whether your dog is a sprinter, a sniffer, or a nature-lover, this spot is built for adventure. Come play!

My dog, Bran, is reactive and it was a life saver having a safe space to bring him and his sister, Miss Honey, to play! Looking for the perfect escape with your furry companion? Our 11-acre property offers the ideal setting for you and your dogs to explore, unwind, and enjoy the great outdoors. Surrounded by scenic views and wide-open spaces, it’s a natural haven for adventurous pups and their humans alike. Winding trails weave through the land, providing plenty of room to roam. Most guests spend about an hour here—walking the 20–30 minute trail loops and then relaxing by the water or letting their dogs play. It’s a great way to enjoy fresh air, peaceful nature, and some quality time with your four-legged friend. We’re always working to enhance the experience, and we plan to add even more trail options this summer—so there will be more to discover on your next visit! A few quick notes: the trails can get muddy during rainy or winter months, so we recommend wearing boots. The pond is not maintained, and guests who choose to enter the water do so at their own risk. We’re also continuing to mark property lines and add signage to help everyone feel comfortable and informed during their visit.

Brand new PVC vinyl fencing just installed with latched gate entrances for your convenience. Pull right into to our large 10 car space driveway so you & your pups are safely off the street, and use the side gate to enter Peppers Play Yard! Pepper is a friendly 5 year old female black lab, who loves play dates, if you & your dog are interested! Unless specified, Pepper will remain in the house, so you have complete privacy. Plenty of toys for the dogs and seating for the humans! There is a dog bowl with fresh water upon your arrival as well as doggie bags and trash for disposal. Please clean up after your visit, thank you!

Water Bowl also provided in case your pup gets thirsty. Hose with water available for an extra fee as well as outdoor electrical outlet ( no charge ) Large Doggy Pool can be filled and ready to go for an extra fee . Dog Treats available upon request for an extra fee. Mud Buster ( see pics ) available to clean your dogs paws before leaving if need be

Come check out our beautiful backyard that sits on old farm property. We are on a scenic road with beautiful views all around. We abut a walking trail but our yard is fully fenced in. We are currently adding a new patio so that is something to look forward to! We have a dog of our own and children, so please no dogs that are not good with kids unless it is booked during school hours.
