NOTE: There are a two neighborhood cats that roam several yards in our neighborhood. They usually keep to themselves, but if you see one, please approach with caution if your dogs are not familiar with cats.

Welcome to our little piece of heaven. We enjoy our land and our dogs so much we want others to as well, so we opened it to sniff spot. Our area is a total of 17 acres with a creek that runs a quarter of the way throughout the perimeter. This is a large piece of property and is close to a busy road so some dogs so require some sort of long leash or rope for the dogs that do not have a strong recall. A portion of the land is mowed for a shorter terrain for ease of mobility. Trails are available to utilize as well as more are being cut at current time to travel throughout property. Half the property is left natural for a refuge for the wildlife. The natural areas have areas where there is tall grass areas. Thick brush, and uneven ground. Please consider your self and your animal’s physical health when hiking through property. There is a creek on both sides of the driveway and trails on both sides of the driveway as well . Feel free to get down in the creek and look for arrow heads, crawfish or cool shaped creek rocks. Walk the creek or the trails or let them stretch out across the field, play ball or frisbee there is plenty of room to run and stretch you furry baby’s legs. When visiting in spring it is highly recommended to wear bug spray for the flys and ticks as that’s a very heavy season and is recommended. Future accommodations coming : fenced 60x60 area dog play area with obstacles and sitting area, more trails and sitting areas along creek side. We welcome you to our little piece of heaven we sure hope you enjoy this peaceful place as much as we do. Fully fenced yard, with gate access from driveway. Off street parking is available, handicap accessible(driveway is a hill and vehicles can be moved with prior notice making the gate easily accessible) I do work from home 75% of the time so if anything is needed I'm usually here and can accommodate. Water bowls, fresh water, toys, treats, poop bags and poop rake available for use. For warmer weather a kiddie pool and hose are available as well as dog towels.
