Country Run's 58 Acre Private Ranch In Conifer

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. 4th Mesa 7 acre Private Dog Park In Bailey

10% of profits donated to local SPCA monthly. 7 acres of fenced forest to play on including a hiking trail for the pet owners! There is a switch back trail through the middle of the property marked by tree branches/logs and pink/green flags. Further trail description below the instructions. Best way to find the trail from the gate is to either follow the fence line up to the right all the way to the top of the property or walk straight up the gulley until you see the first green flag. The green flags mark the beginning and end of each switchback. There are 29 rows of switchbacks. Between the green flags there are pink flags to guide you with branches and logs to mark the left and right of each trail. There are a few places where the trail merges which is marked by 2 yellow flags. The last (or first depending on the ascent or descent chosen) trail row has yellow flags that have been colored pink (see pictures at the very end of the collage). It is about a 4 mile round trip hike if you follow the switch backs up then down (or vice versa). For you hiking purists the switchback rows are not perfectly parallel. This was a 3 year manual effort. The more ya’ll hike it the more visible it will be.

Come walk 12 acres of mixed terrain, sweeping meadow to rock outcroppings. This is not fenced but there is an old 3 wire fence that outlines the property. We have 2 friendly dogs that wonder the property that we can have put away during your stay or leave out to have dogs to play with. We do have 5 goats that are fenced in and 3 cats that roam the property. Please pick up after your dogs.

We are lifelong animal lovers and proud dog parents to a sweet English Bulldog. Our yard is spacious, private, and about the size of a park. Perfect for pups who love to run, sniff, and explore! We have a covered patio for shade and can provide fresh water during your visit. You’re welcome to bring your dog’s favorite toys to make the play session even more fun, however, we provide some as well! My dog will always be indoors during your booking time to give you and your pup space and privacy to enjoy the yard freely. We’re excited to share our little slice of doggie heaven with you and your furry friend! To keep our yard safe and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines: • PLEASE pick up after your pup. Waste bags must be used and disposed of properly. I have had several instances where poop was not cleaned up after a booking, and I’ve had to go out and pick it all up in a hurry before the next booking. This would be so greatly appreciated! • No digging, please! We want to keep the yard in great shape for all visitors. • Supervise your dog at all times. This ensures safety for your pet and respect for the space. • We typically leave a fresh bowl of water out for our doggie guests. If you happen to see the water bowl is not filled up, it’s because we weren’t home during your booking time to fill fresh water. You have full permission to access the hose to fill the water bowl with fresh water. • Treat the space with care. This is our family’s yard, and we’re happy to share it with respectful guests! Enjoy your visit, — The Mini Moo Mountain Family Come walk 17 acres of mixed terrain, sweeping meadow to rock outcroppings to wooded areas. This area is fully fenced, the fence is a welded mesh type with some portions being straight wire for deer access. We have 2 friendly dogs that have no recall and therefore only have access to their dog run, they will be kept inside the house during reservations. We also have a small chicken coop and run located next to the house. ** UPDATE ** We also now have mini cows located on the top right of the property. Please be aware some wildlife (black bears, deer, elk, turkeys and moose) may occasionally be around. Wooded areas have blown down trees and some firewood processing areas. Please make an immediate left after entering the property, park in front of the gate where the access to the wooded area is. We have added signage indicating where to park.

The Oregon Trail (Dog trail by Sedalia, CO)

We are temporarily closed. Our neighborhood secured federal and state grants for fire mitigation. We will have people and machines through the woods for the foreseeable future. Please feel free to message and we will contact you when we reopen. Thank you for understanding. Come enjoy a walk thru the woods on a private groomed trail/road. The trail is about a 1/2 mile down to a clear, open area to further enjoy, with a creek and watering hole. Much of the trail is shaded from the forest canopy. Once down by the creek, the temp is about 10 degrees cooler as well. The boundaries of the "spot" are the county road on the top side and the creek on the bottom side. *We require a completed Sniffspot profile with details and pictures of your dog(s) to confirm our guests. *To keep us and all our neighbors safe, NO SMOKING of any kind, for any reason, NO EXCEPTIONS is allowed on property.
