Description

60 acres of forest and trails on a woodland preserve. Past our property is the Appalachian Trail. Canopy shade when there are leaves. There are little streams, logs, rocks and all sort of areas for digging, running, jumping and sniffing. There is an upper trail and a lower trail and they both loop together. Up the trail to the right is a deck with chair and table and supplies. You can watch your dog in all directions from this vantage point as they run free and smell all the smells of a forest.

HOST NOTE

There are occasional little streams of water about - it has been so dry, I don’t think there are any extra ones up there, but there is a creek to the right of the trail as you drive. You are welcome to go down to that area for a drink or splash - but there will be houses along the other side of the creek. We do own the property halfway into the creek along the entirety of it, but I cannot control possible people or animals on the other side of the creek.

Patrick and I live down the hill from this spot in an old farmhouse with a stream in our backyard. That stream runs the entirety of the trails on the right side as you come in. We have two dogs, ducks, chickens and cats at our Pet Rodeo.

David drive in pleasant valley is farm land we are in a private development with little traffic and I also have a doggy who loves other dogs if you wanted her company! We have a huge deck that allows you to sit back and let your fur baby explore securely! Enjoy the player that has two slides that your baby can go up and down my dog loves our play set! Drinks and treats and refreshments offered night time allowed lighting is perfect! Do have electric collars and leads incase your dog is a wonderer!!! Working on getting a fence!! I also have a beautiful fire pit as well if desired!!! Bathrooms kitchen if needed towels doggy bags toys water whatever you need! Open and enclosed porch bug spray! Mud lol short grass and privacy!
