10.5 acre farm in Bensalem pa along the neshaminy creek. We have a barn with 7 goats and 1 cow All dogs are welcome to utilize the trail and creek. Our property is partially fenced in but lots of space to run. Creek is perfect for the dogs to take a dip and trail is walkable. There is plenty of parking, fully fenced yard and lots of trees for territory marking opportunities. Yet, wide open spaces for ball throwing, chasing, or getting the zoomies. No dogs live on the property (she recently left this world), so there is plenty of privacy. Over the last 25 years, 6 dogs have lived here, more than 15 have fostered waiting for adoption, and over 10 have regularly boarded while their parents vacationed with peace of mind. Fields, huge pines, bushes, a secret trail through the woods. Great mental and physical stimulation for your dog! Host Note: Exercise caution in the to avoid tripping over tree roots, rocks or uneven ground. Guests assume all risks.

Private horse farm situated on 10 acres surrounded by trees and very secluded. The front pasture is approximately 3 acres and has split rail fence covered with wire mesh for your pups safety. There is a picnic table with an umbrella to relax at while your pup/pups frolic in the field. There are trees and shady areas for your pet to get out of the sun and roll around in the grass. There are dog toys, towels and water bowls. There is a water hydrant for fresh water as needed.

Open field for lots of running and playing. Drive down the driveway and park near garage. Please no driving in the field or on the grass. Field towards the back right is field of preference. Near driveway is pump house with water bowls and hose. Feel free to get water or bath time! Please reach out with any questions!

There is a chicken coop in the yard which can be very stimulating! We keep the grass mowed regularly and try to keep the area clean. There is a seating area on the patio with umbrellas for shade and a small bench in the back by the fire pit.
