Take your dog to our homestead and rest in our shaded studio while your dog can explore, sniff, and play in our 10,000 sqft fully fenced pasture. You and your dog(s) will have the pasture to yourselves during your booking. Parking under our carport is for you. To get to the Sniff Spot after parking: 1) Take your leashed dog to the path to the right of our home. Dogs must be leashed to and from your car to the pasture. 2) Once you approach the greenhouse/hoophouse, take the trail to the right and you will see a latched gate. 3) Enter the gate and close it behind you, ensuring it is latched. 4) Let your dog free! 5) Please pick up after your dog. You can dispose of your doggy bag at the brown trash can at Kennedy and our gravel driveway. 6) Please ensure gate is fully latched when you enter and leave. In addition, if you keep your dog leashed, feel free to hike the small network of trails due south of the greenhouse during your visit.

A large 1/3 acre fully fenced back yard, safe and dog friendly. Dogs may experience squirrels, birds and butterflies depending on the season! Yard is kept clean and safe by owner who is also a dog groomer and life time dog owner! Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves, owners dogs will be kept in the house during your visit.

The back property is L-shaped. The majority is open space so plenty of room for zoomies and catch. There is some bushes, wild areas, and trees to experience new smells, and play hide-n-seek. FYI - Bring water. The spigot was turned off for the season. Our requests: 1) Pick up your dog's 💩. Pooper scooper and small trash can is provided 🚮 2) No digging anywhere, even if it appears to be bare. 3) No smoking 🚭 Be sure to walk all the way to the back fence to see our Heritage Grandfather Oak (Tree) that's over 200 years old! Hello! We are recent transplants to Jackson and already love it here. We are also new to sniffspot but love animals and would to have you let yours run free on our property. We have 5 acres open for you and your pet to experience. We have also recently cut a trail through our field and forest that makes for a nice hike with a medium amount of strenuousness. 3 laps is about a mile. You are welcome to go almost anywhere on the property. The tree line is a good guide as far as how wide the property extends. Parking: You can park anywhere in front of the garage or if comfortable, drive past the garage and park in the field (see pictures). If you need to pull onto the grass to turn around that is fine. The Barn: For safety reasons, please stay out of the barn. There are open steps in the barn and don’t want anyone hurt. Thank you. We do have some neighbor dogs that bark quite a bit but once you go past the garage, they will stop. Our house comes up quickly, so check the pictures for a picture of the front of our house.

We offer our 18 acres fenced in area. We specialize in reactive and fearful dogs. We understand the challenges of having a dog that is scared and how important is to have a place in which you can relax and enjoy him/her/them instead of being hypervigilant looking for triggers 24/7. And moreover, we want your dog(s) to have a place in which he/she/they can be happy and have fun instead of being constantly looking for triggers and feel stressed out. Here you will see no triggers (but a chicken or turkey here and there, which would probably add to the enrichment experience) We hope you can relax and enjoy playing with your dog and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. As extras, your dog(s) will still be able to smell different animals like deer, turkey, squirrels, snakes, frogs, and also play in our small agility area. You will not have to see any dogs while being here, no worries we have you cover. This is privately owned land in Chelsea and will allow you to take your dog for a run in a mowed area with sections of long grass and also for a run through the woods. The wooded area has a significant amount of wetland that the doggies love to get filthy in so bring towels if you expect your dogs to run in the woods. You may see deer and other wild animals on the property. This is an awesome spot to take your pupper out in the wilds for a truly unique dog park experience. My puppers have a blast whenever we bring them out - and so does my 15 year old son. Please be careful on the wooded path as there are a lot of trip hazards in the form of dead trees and logs.

This is a lot containing only a small building. All chain link fenced there is a watering hose garbage sanitizer area. Dogs can run be merry at your time and convince. Open all night.
