We are a dog loving family that would love to share our backyard and pool with other fur babies to enjoy!

Fully fenced yard with covered patio. There will be toys and an agility course for your dog to play with and a table for you to enjoy/do work while your dog(s) have fun. You may use the outlets on the table or on the pillars. There is a small mini fridge that you may use if you would like to keep your drink cool. 2 gallons of filtered water will be provided for the dogs along with a clean/sanitized water bowl. Dog splash pad is available upon request for an extra fee. No towels are provided. All dog water bowls and toys are cleaned and sanitized daily and/or after every use. There will be a bin to put used items in for sanitizing. The lawn is treated with all natural and pet friendly Cedarcide for fleas, ticks, ants and mosquitoes.

Feel free to use the hose by the pool or by the garage to clean off your pups! There are plenty of woods near the edge of the property for your dogs to run 🐾 if you’re lucky, you might also see fireflies around dusk! I have a 3+ acre piece of property behind the Hobby Lobby on Sawdust Road. Park in front of the blue cargo container building and walk around behind the silver building. Always call before you make a reservation to avoid conflicts. This is a multipurpose venue, and we may have other rentals schedule. You and your dog are welcome to wander the 3-acre unfenced backlot (leashed or unleased) behind the Epic Mancave. We are part of the Epic Creative Co-Op, and home to The Woodlands Art League. This will be a fun place for both you and your dog. I only allow 1 owner at a time on the property. I am a professional photographer and also offer studio and outdoor pet portraits.
