Vic's Private Dog Park In Spring

I have a 3+ acre piece of property behind the Hobby Lobby on Sawdust Road. Park in front of the blue cargo container building and walk around behind the silver building. I have areas that are both fenced and open. We are part of the Epic Creative Co-Op, and home to The Woodlands Art League. This will be a fun place for both you and your dog. I only allow 1 owner at a time on the property. If you arrive and I am not here, the fenced area behind the Epic Mancave is what you are renting. Use caution as is newly processed land and wildlife is abundant and can be dangerous. Snakes, coyotes and deer have been seen. If booked you understand I am not responsible for any accidents or incidents on the property. Currently working on this land to build a house but am happy to host pups who like to explore as mine do. There is no water or restroom on property so bring your own.

Fully fenced yard with covered patio. There will be toys and an agility course for your dog to play with and a table for you to enjoy/do work while your dog(s) have fun. You may use the outlets on the table or on the pillars. There is a small mini fridge that you may use if you would like to keep your drink cool. 2 gallons of filtered water will be provided for the dogs along with a clean/sanitized water bowl. Dog splash pad is available upon request for an extra fee. No towels are provided. All dog water bowls and toys are cleaned and sanitized daily and/or after every use. There will be a bin to put used items in for sanitizing. The lawn is treated with all natural and pet friendly Cedarcide for fleas, ticks, ants and mosquitoes.
