Description

8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. Separate 32 acres is accessible with a stream but has to be guided the first time. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! Two vehicle maximum. Extra charge for more, see extras. It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it happens right in front of you. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. Just for your information. This “farmette” is in a neighborhood so there may be other dogs in other peoples yards that you might hear. We also have a family dog that might be visible occasionally in our own private yard, far away and totally separate from the Sniffspot. If you have any issues at all, please reach out to me and I will make it right . Thank you!🙂

Please be mindful as walking through to our back trails. A pathway will be made as hay grows taller. - this is a working farm with animals that need tending to. You will see us out depending on the time feeding/ watering animals. Especially in extreme weather. We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy! Trails, a pond, creek, seating areas for relaxing , swings if children come along. There is truly something for everyone! *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. **Our spot is temporarily closed due to the icy conditions.** Let your dog run free in our backyard that has a wooden privacy fence. They can also play or lounge under the shade of our large weeping willow tree. The lower deck has 3 lawn chairs, and the upper deck (accessible via stairs in the backyard) has 2 rocking chairs and a picnic table with 4 chairs. Use of shed in backyard is not an option (it will be locked). There is easy free street parking in our cul-de-sac. If your dog (or child) wants to use the toddler slide, feel free to pull it out onto the grass. If you would like me to make the box of children's toys available during your visit (for no extra charge), please select that option in the Extras section of your reservation. Note 1: When walking between your vehicle and the gate to our backyard, there may sometimes be other people or dogs on the street/sidewalk or in their front yards. Or there may sometimes be someone from our household leaving or arriving home (which involves walking between the front door and a car in our driveway). So please keep your dog on leash until you are inside the backyard with the gate closed (per standard SniffSpot rules). Note 2: As of November 14, our outdoor water faucets have been winterized to prevent frozen pipes. So, one free bottle of water will be provided per reservation. We will turn the faucets back on in the Spring. Note 3: If you would like to reserve a particular day/time that is not currently shown as available (especially if it is more than 30 days from now), please send me (the host) a chat message to find out if I can make it available for you.
