This 5+ acre parcel is full of fallow field fun for you and your pets! This farm is also a certified wildlife habitat, so it's great for birding if you enjoy that! Humans can stay on the mowed pathways while the dogs roam the open fields. Active farming activities including beehives, vegetable growing areas and bramble patch! While the area is only partially fenced, a large ditch to the south, creek to the north, and natural wooded boundaries define the edges of the parcel. Recommended for dogs on leash or under good voice control as a nearby road is quite busy. Feel free to view the growing areas and honeybee activity, but please do not allow dogs to enter or dig in active crop areas nor molest the beehive located in the far SW corner of the property. Nestled on the rear of our 5 acre property, this private dog park features a serene country backdrop with views of barns, corn fields with cabins that you can use the porches to relax in rocking chairs and watch your furry friend(s) have fun. We have chickens and dogs on the property that will be isolated from guests via separate fencing but cannot be seen once you enter the sniff spot. We are always looking for ways to improve so if you have any suggestions please leave them inside the White Barn as you enter the property to park.

The only Sniffspot with a heated indoor room in all of Indiana! With A/C in the summer. I work at a local shelter and i started this spot to help our shelter dogs who need a break from the shelter, have a place to go enjoy time with their humans besties or dogs who don’t have yards and/or can’t enjoy public dog parks. 2 people per dog max. (exceptions for adoption meet n greets, and families only). Message me for inquires. Our heated Indoor space is ready for fun. My backyard dog park is filled with toys, obstacles, and more fun than you’ll find anywhere else. -my neighbors do have dogs but there is a big distance and privacy fence in between my yard and theirs. It hasn’t seem to disturb my guests with their (reactive) dogs much at all yet. She often puts them away if they get too much. Aside from the driveway before you enter, there is no direct barrier to their fence. And no she cannot make it over the fence. -full privacy fence -yard obstacles like tires, kiddie pools, A-frame, jolly balls, tree hanging tug toy, and more for your dog to enjoy playing in, on and around. -A bucket of toys of all size, age and destruction levels. -endless tennis balls -towels -multiple kiddie pools. -multiple raised cots for your pup to relax or train on. -accessible water hose -SPLASH PAD -plenty of doggie bags at your disposal -A water dispenser and cups. -This spot is dedicated to my soul mate Tucker who crossed over the rainbow bridge way too early. We have a 2 acre fenced pasture behind the house. The grass may be long, however, will be occasionally cut so shouldn’t be crazy. Your dog and shoes may get muddy after rainy days. Please plan ahead. The fenced area is entered on the right side of the property through swinging gates. Owners of small dogs may want to be careful near the gates as the openings are large enough for small dogs to get through.

Tranquil Tails - 1.5 acre Fully Fenced PRIVATE Yard

Welcome to our spot, the perfect place for your friend to enjoy some off-leash time in a safe and controlled environment. We understand that some dogs may be reactive or require a bit more space, and we are happy to accommodate their needs. Our location offers plenty of room for your dog to explore and play without the worry of unexpected encounters being in the yard. Our immediate neighbors on the southern property line now have dogs, and you may occasionally see or hear them during your visit but seems to be a rare instance that they come to the fence line. A kiddie pool is available in the summer, but I will need to be notified in advance on whether or not you would like it filled. Two humans per dog are allowed unless arrangements are made with me in advance. Please note that the yard may be wet or muddy after rain or snow. Additionally, mole holes might be present in some areas (providing extra sniffing opportunities!) 😜 Additionally, our spot is conveniently located right by the B&O Trail, making it easy for you to warm up or cool down your visit with a walk. Come visit us and give your dog the freedom they deserve!! Feel free to bring a speaker if you want to listen to music during your visit! 🐾
