55This indoor area is fantastic! It's fully fenced, with lots of sniffing spots and sand everywhere. It was the perfect place to exercise our two Goldens on a rainy day. They enjoyed playing with the large balls and dog toys, and the pile of rectangular bales added an extra element of fun and sniffing. The facility is well-maintained, easily accessible between London and Woodstock, and has a calm atmosphere. We'll definitely be coming back!
55Exactly as advertised. The hosts helped direct us to the appropriate parking space and offered to close the gated barn door, if needed. Our dog had a great time, zooming and sniffing all the smells.

35There was a huge open barn door that lead out to the open that we had a lot of difficulty closing. Our dogs still all got out the big gaps by the side of the door and we had to get them back inside. The dogs did love all the smells and had fun exploring.
55Second visit and the dogs loved it! It was pouring rain outside and this was a great option for my hate the rain dachshunds.

***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** Conveniently located between London and Woodstock, near Ingersoll and Thamesford, this indoor arena is the perfect place to let your dogs romp! The arena is 8450sq ft of sand, fully fenced and located on a horse farm. There is a separate entrance near the parking lot for easy arrival and great for dogs who do not like to see other animals/people. Reactive dogs can be accommodated and are welcome - we know they need play time too! Pooper scooper/pitchfork and trash can are provided, please clean up after yourself and your dog. We ask that you do not let them excessively dig in the footing - a rake has been provided if needed. There may be jumps, large balls and dog toys in the arena which you are welcome to use. Dogs must be on leash when entering and exiting and at all times when outside of the arena. **During the summer months the large arena door is open for airflow, it is gated and most large dogs can not sneak out. If you have a small dog or an escape artist please feel free to pull it closed. Alternatively let us know before your arrival and we can close it for your visit.**
