We purchased the property to have access to the water. Our dog LOVES the extra space to run and swim. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
This spot was developed as a starting pen for beagles. Brush piles, food plots, and secure cover were established for rabbits. Elevated observation decks (use at your own risk) were built for dog owners to observe their dog working a running rabbit. This spot is designed for beagle use but is multi use for all breeds of dogs. This spot is located in the "country" with easy parking and access. There are very few distractions which allows you the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful experience on mowed trails with plenty of area to investigate, and plenty of scents to stimulate your dogs sniffer.
Hey everyone! My name is Lindy and I was a dog mom of 2 beautiful Angels that are now together forever, they passed 2 years apart and with this most recent loss of my Great Dane I like a good reason to keep up with our yard for a dog still. They had lots of fun and exercises and sunbathing back here and they would hate for it to go to waste! I live in a quiet safe neighborhood that misses the barking in my back yard, high privacy fence to deter jumping and great for throwing balls! Separate Private entrance through the garage of house. A small pool for dogs filled upon request, Sun Deck with chairs and table for lunch, Sun Bathing, etc. Fire pit ok to use! Hi! We have two Australian Shepherds. An 8 year old blue merle (Elvira) and a 2 year old red merle (Roary). We are a huge dog loving family, and we'd love to welcome other floofs to our yard. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. 💕 We lived in an apartment for many years with our floofs, so we know how it is not to have your own yard for your fur kids. My husband and I both work in the medical field and would love to allow other dogs to use our space to run and play freely. The yard has privacy fencing all around, and chances are there will already be plenty of tennis balls and other toys around. Feel free to use the pool, and if you'd like to use the fire pit just let us know prior to your visit. If you have any questions or other requests, please let us know. 🙂
Small hobby farm with multiple different pastures and fenced in areas to explore.
Come out and enjoy the country air at this rural site South of Ionia minutes from 96 and 66. Bring a chair and enjoy the sun or the shade of the trees. Located adjacent to a working crop and beef farm, this fully fenced half acre yard is a perfect spot to enjoy fresh air, country quiet, and the occasional farm equipment or cattle sightings. Three sides of the yard are 4’ chainlink, the fourth side is livestock fence shared with a cattle pasture that has 8” square openings. If your dog cannot abide the fence with larger openings, please choose a different Sniffspot. Because, we are adjacent to an operating farm, please help us be kind neighbors. Keep dogs on leash until secured within the fence area and if the cattle are nearby, please try to keep barking at the cattle to a minimum. Most people enjoy watching the cattle, especially in the spring with their calves. Also, make sure to park in the designated areas only to keep the main flow clear for farm traffic. We are a new Sniffspot, so we have several amenities we are excited to add, but getting a general feel for interest before further investment. Black chain 5ft fencing on 3 parts with one side welding wire fencing. Patio deck box with plastic bags for poop, water dishes, toys. trash, gazbo, chairs, and pool.
Big fenced in back yard in a quiet neighborhood in the cutlerville area, just off 68th st. The yard has a lot of shades it's still nice even on a hot sunny day. Parking can be in the driveway or parallel park on street. Great place for a dog to chase a Frisbee or ball!
Private backyard in a quiet neighborhood near 44th and Kalamazoo. Yard is fully fenced with privacy fence along the sides and chain link in the back. There is a small creek in the back, just outside the fenced area with a lot of brush and trees. Yard is regularly treated for mosquitoes and ticks using pet-safe products.
