Instructions for the entrance: 1. You will see a black gate open upon your arrival on the west side where the white mail box is. 2. Pass the speed bump and you will see a parking sign, please park there. 3. You will also see an entrance and sniffspot sign next to park sign. 4. As soon as you start walking towards the back pls feel free to use the whole back of the property. 5. Trail is towards the very back of the property for which you will ne guided by the arrows. Pls be advice on the rainy days the property can get get little muddy in the back so be prepared accordingly.

Partially fenced open space with barn, silo, fruit trees. Tall grass, brush, blackberry bushes, and swampy wetlands create a natural border to our property where there isn't a fence. A small section near the driveway is not fenced. Parking available by the barn/silo. Please note that the ENTIRE property is available for your dogs to play, run and sniff. There are two residences on the property (our blue-gray house and a large, detached pale yellow garage with MIL); the yard extends southward all the way around both buildings on the Eastside. Feel free to roam and explore! **NOTE: There is an overhead photo of our property in the photos section of our SS profile that can help you see the boundaries, find the hose, toys, poop bags, etc. **

My husband and I are dog and animal lovers. We want to provide people who are in similar situations to us a few years ago (before we purchased our home) a place for their puppers to run free. Welcome to our natural wetland oasis. Bring your rain boots & explore our trails! We have 1/2 an acre of fully fenced backyard and another 2 1/2 acres of unfenced (or partially fenced) property & trails to explore. Our land is surrounded by streams and many more acres of protected county land. Park at the dead-end street and then walk through our gate by the bridge and enter the fenced-in area by our “Welcome Bear” through the Pumpkin Arch. Feel free to explore the front area down by the stream on your way out! ***PLEASE NOTE: We do have pet pigs and they will be visible to you and your dog. They are separately contained in their own fenced-in area, but it is wire fencing and you WILL see them. The pigs do not mind being barked at so that’s not a problem at all. River access July through September. Very secluded area with only one family who visits when it’s nice with their two dogs.
