Description

Important - All prices and charges are in USD We are on a 44-acre property fenced by barbed wire. Vast rolling Hills and grassland for you to explore and for your pup to sniff. There is a pond that is occasionally filled with water. We have access to a hose for water. There is a road in the middle of the property connecting a business and our home with very occasional vehicles. Lots of space for you to avoid the road as well as like 30 acres in the back where you can be uninterrupted. Great views of knutsford. Can be quite windy at times but is nice on hot summer days. This is private property and you will be guaranteed not to run into other dogs and people.

As a professional dog walker, I have a lot of experience when it comes to proper stimulation and socialization for dogs. I'd be happy to offer a 30-minute walk where I can guide you to work on behavior issues and get the most out of your walks so that your dog is getting all the stimulation they need! Strictly positive reinforcement. This will take place during your allotted time scheduled.

Additional rules

Must stay off road and watch for vehicles. Must stay within the barbed wire fence. Do not let dogs chase cattle on other side of barbed wire fencing. Do not let your dog chase any wildlife. Must stay away from home and shop areas.( Unless when parking vehicle and returning) Parking by home playset Please pick up your poop! Must use long line if recall needs work.
