Please leave the yard as you found it and dispose of all pet waste in the large trashcan with the blue lid outside of the fence. Please do not play music, as to not disturb the neighbors. You are welcome to use the electrical outlet to charge your phone and/or to relax in the hammock as you use the yard space.

The yard is large enough for dogs of all sizes. I have a six foot high chain link fenced area. Each renter would be responsible for cleaning up behind their dogs. Parking is available on the servitude directly in front of the gate. Please respect my property when parking and leaving. I allow dogs from 7am - 7pm, seven days a week. Please make sure gate is secured when coming and going. My 10 pound Pomeranian also uses this area.
