Host Rules
Welcome to our Sniff Spot! We hope that you will find our back yard spacious for play time and relaxation!. We are fully enclosed with 6 food fencing and a beautiful view of Bays Mountain with a horse farm at the top of the hill behind us. The horses don't ever get too close to our property but they are close enough for viewing on a beautiful day! Our back yard is flat and perfect for running and playing fetch! We do have a pool but it not open to book for the pups. Please make yourselves at home to use any of the toys in the basket on the porch and we have a watering station with fresh water and clean bowls. We do not allow digging in our yard and please make sure that you use the potty bags to pick up after your fur baby! You can dispose of the bags in the trash cans against the side of the pool where you come in! We look forward to hosting your play date and happy to try to accommodate to any needs while you are here if you can let us know ahead of your arrival!

If your pup is playful, there are plenty amenities and lots of toys to choose from. If your pup isn't and just wants to chill, there is a coolaroo dog bed to rest on. As a pup parent myself, I can appreciate the need to just chill and take in the beauty of nature while my pups burn off some energy from being cooped up in the house all day :) Hope you enjoy your time at Connie's Dogtopia as much as Finley, Fergus, Flynn, Bocephus, and I do! Here's to releasing the zoomies!! Every visit the pups have unlimited access to the wading pool, the Bazinga ball pit, Digger's Depot sandbox, the basic agility equipment and agility tunnel. And don't forget all of the toys to choose from in the brown deck box! 🙂 For the hoomans, there are two sitting area with tables and umbrellas. Next to the deckbox of toys, is a small beverage cart and storage with beverages hot (tea, apple cider, cocoa) and cold (bottled water) to enjoy. Beautiful fields and woods for as far as the eye can see. Trails cut in the woods, trails cut through the fields. There is literally a trail I mow that winds all the way around the property. You can walk a sunny trail or a shady trail...my wife and I walk this trail with our six...yes you read that correctly SIX dogs just about every day. We are so lucky to call this home..I thought why not share it with you guys.

Our neighbors have cattle, chickens and goats as well as dogs that can sometimes be seen and heard from the property. Parking is on the property pretty much anywhere. We don’t have a driveway yet. Please don’t park in the gravel driveway next to the property as it belongs to the neighbors. You can access the back half near the electrical lines. If it’s rainy or has been, you may need 4 wheel drive. There’s also a seasonal, shallow creek that runs across the property lined with trees and brush. The property is unfenced and you’ll want to stay away from the barn. The creek supplies loads of muddy, digging fun if you’re up for the clean up afterward. Enjoy ALL the best sniffs ❤️
