55Very secluded private spot big enough for chasing a ball and running around! Will definitely go again! As a note: There was some pretty loud construction noise nearby so if your dog is skittish to loud noises it may not be the best fit currently.

55I love this spot and so do my dogs. We will be back. The grass is in such good shape my dogs just wants to roll on their backs in it. There is also a hose that you can use to refresh the water or fill your own bowl!! There is good shade in hot times
55Our dogs had a great time, we enjoyed that is was quiet and out of the way. The trail had people walking that caught our dogs attention but is was just for a moment. The area is well taken care and maintained, as mentioned. Definitely will look to book again.
55My dogs loved this sniff spot! We have a yard ourselves but they were so excited just to be somewhere new! The grass was so well taken care of, green and thick they spent at least 15 minutes of the time just enjoying rolling around in it and getting a good backrub. Very well maintained safe neighborhood and home. Easy to get to and at the end of a dead end street area so no traffic at all which was super nice for unloading and loading our dogs. I wasn't sure about booking a smaller yard because usually I try to only do 1 acre or more but We loved it here and will back.
55Clean and the space is just the right size for our medium sized dog. We went in the morning. There are trees on one side giving enough shade with secured solid fence all around and a bowl for water is provided. There is a nearby shooting range thereby the shots are heard but it didn’t bother our dog. We got a little confused about parking but once we saw the signage, we knew we were at the right place. Instructions going towards the sniffspot entrance was very detailed. Overall, we love it! Will be coming back. Thanks Ann for providing this space!

Description

Conveniently located next to a public trail access, and located within private property. The lawn is a mix of short grass and soft moss, this is regularly maintained and never sprayed with chemicals or fertilizers. Fully fenced on all four sides with no low spots\gaps. One secured swinging gate at the entrance. Dedicated parking along the road just before the house and is clearly marked with a sign! The table next to the fenced area has a mailbox with hand sanitizer and other goodies, there is also a water\food bowl available. (I have a hose on the side of the house you are welcome to use) Please dispose of any used poop bags and other trash in the little blue trash bin under the table. The road next to the fenced area is privately owned, so the only people and vehicles that pass by are residents and delivery couriers but they are not very visible due to the difference in elevation. People occasionally pass by on the public trail and some do bring their pets, but it is mostly obscured from view by the trees on our property and separated by two sets of fences. Note that we are within hearing distance from a sportsman club\firing range, so at times there may be noise. Please reach out with any questions you may have!
