We have a total of 3 acres but are offering our front pasture which is about an acre (it is separate and fenced off from the back) because we have a few ducks and a cat in the back. There is a small swamp like area in the corner that has a stream of water after it has recently rained. Two cypress trees make great shade and a great spot to set up a hammock.
