15I hate to give only one star as the host seems very nice. My experience was this…. The location is what I can only assume is a vacant lot waiting to have a house built on it? There is an old motor home and a small house(?) on the lot. That in itself is not bad, just a description of the location. Easy parking when you get there. Lots of space. What made this a one star rating is the dogs barking. I believe these dogs were the neighbour’s animals. They were barking when I got out of the car. They barked, a couple of times it sounded like the dogs got into fights, and didn’t stop the whole time we were there. This barking made my 5m old pup quite scared and we had to leave after 10minutes. Sadly this was not a great booking.
55Missed my appointment but made a new one. Will be there this evening.
45The area was clean and there was fresh water set out for my dogs. On such a hot day it was appreciated!
45Beautiful area, lots to sniff
55Beautiful property. Easy instructions. Susan is a wonderful host!!!
45Dogs had a blast. Lots of sniffing and exploring. Fresh water would have been nice. There was a big container of water, but not something I want my dog drinking from. Otherwise 5 stars. We had a great romp and an opportunity to practice a little scent work among the flowers. Definitely recommend this place.
55One of our favorite local spots!
55The spot is beautiful! Susan was a very communicative host. We ended up splitting our time walking around the teardrop walking trail and just sitting and enjoying a sunny afternoon.
55It's a beautiful property with a large treed area. Lots of room for parking and a lot of areas for sniffing. Susan was an excellent host and responsive to inquiries. The only potential downside is the barking next door (I heard it's a boarding kennel). It wasn't an issue for us. We never saw any dogs. Just something to keep in mind if you have a reactive dog.
45Very nice place, it is as described. Our dog does not have good recall so we kept him on a long leash for the majority of the visit as there are areas where fencing could be a concern.

DOG LOVER HERE! Located close to Highway 1, Fraser Highway, USA border, and just 5 minutes from all amenities of downtown Aldergrove.5 ACRES to EXPLORE with crushed grindings roadways that lead to the very back of the property, through picturesque fields and old-growth forests. Soaring Maples, evergreens, indigenous Dogwoods, and Spring / Summer flowers await your visit.AMPLE SITE PARKING to the left as you drive through the gates. Loads of site spots to accommodate LARGE GROUPS with dog friends. Boulevard parking for additional party overflow. Enquire within to book a private party! 😊 5-foot chain link fencing at the street frontage of the property. The sides and back of the property are mostly barbed wire blocked by brambles, with some minor sections of fencing downed by neighbours debris in the very back of the property (the neighbours have assured us this fencing will be repaired ASAP.) PLEASE NOTE: If your dog is a herder, the neighbours have sheep and chickens, so that may be enticing for them to try going over the lower sections of fencing. ***There are currently NO toilets on site.*** Please plan accordingly. Next door neighbours are German Shepards boarding. When they are outside you can hear them barking in concert. When inside, no barking. Dogs cannot be seen at all as there are bushes in between properties.
