Around 1.5 acres of fully fenced yard in Vienna. Half the yard is an open sunny field, the other half is shaded under tall trees. Huge patio, partially under deck for cover. Watering hose, water bowl, doggie bags, trash can on site. Please contact us for big events, gatherings or meet ups. There's a toy bin with dog toys, feel free to use them but please put toys back into the bin afterwards.

Our dog passed away in 2021 and due to health reasons we cannot have another one at this time. We love dogs and know Xena would love knowing her yard is helping other dogs get their zoomies on. NEW - Seasonally we will limit days to Sunday - Wednesday to accommodate mowers.

Our Sniffspot yard is open again. We are so happy to see you and your dogs again! The yard is fully fenced and we do not have other pets that will use the yard. We are located in a subdivision. We have had large and small dogs use our yard. Adam and Terrie love dogs and we no longer have a dog. We do not want to own another dog at this time but we love to have them around. We share our yard with you because it gives your dogs a chance to run and play and it gives us a chance to see a dog. We try to greet you as soon as you arrive, offer drinks and assistance, and if you allow it, we’d love to pet your dog(s)!

We are open to visitors using our 12 acres of open field space, 3 acre pond, almost a half mile of stream, and 3 acres of woods. Trails move you around the pond and up into the woods. There is a lot to do here and a plethora of activities for dogs and humans ranging from open field play and running, hiking, and water activities. Please follow the signs and do not disturb the owners at house. Beach area of pond has seating areas, hammock, and fire pit. There is also a seating area and rope swing. Visitors are not permitted to fish in pond. The Ridge Trail is a bit more difficult for older dogs and humans and/or people not in the best shape to hike. Proceed with caution. CERTAINLY, please take the map provided at the entry table.

Chairs/Swing under a shaded deck and toys, water access, for your pets! Guest Notes: Parking: Please park in the driveway and pull all the way up - If more than two cars, please inform me in advance. *****DO NOT PARK IN OUR NEIGHBORS YARD****** Sniffspot area: Area is designated to the backyard - please refrain your dogs from playing/relieving themselves in the front yard. Dog Essentials: Waste bags, trash cans, scoopers, water, toys are free to use and clearly marked. Please do not use trashcans in the driveway. Human Essentials: Feel free to use supplies (i.e. bug spray, sanitizers, towels, etc.), fan, chairs, swings, umbrellas - but put everything back in the same spot. Sniffspot Etiquette: Keep dogs leashed upon entering and leaving. Please pick up all trash and waste. No tobacco or vape products during your visit. Children: All children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Parents/Guardians are liable for any damage caused by children. Doggie Playdates: As the Sniffspot guest and community member, it is your responsibility to convey all of the rules to your guests and you are liable for their actions. Please ensure that all humans and furry friends abide by the rules. Other pets: Under no circumstances are other pets e.g. cats, birds, reptiles...etc. allowed during your sniffspot visit. Brand new fence! Officially opened! Located off of a quiet road by the Sky Meadows State Park entrance. We live on the property with our two rescue dogs (but they will be kept away and inside the house during your visit). Our property has a brand new fence (wood paddock style with reinforced cattle wire mesh) that we would like to share with people and their dogs who need some exercise.
