The yard is fully fenced and we do not have other pets that will use the yard. We are located in a subdivision. We have had large and small dogs use our yard. Adam and Terrie love dogs and we no longer have a dog. We do not want to own another dog at this time but we love to have them around. We share our yard with you because it gives your dogs a chance to run and play and it gives us a chance to see a dog. We try to greet you as soon as you arrive, offer drinks and assistance, and if you allow it, we’d love to pet your dog(s)!

Our spot is 10 acres of open flat land with a large farm pond. It's perfect for dogs that love to swim, play long distance fetch, or just run in open space. We provide a large selection of toys, 30ft floating leash, extra poop bags, and a dedicated waste bin. There is also a dog wash station, towels, and a force dryer, so you won't have to take home a wet, dirty dog. --- Don't see a time available through the app? Members have member only hours, may book with only 18hr notice, and have priority for same day/last minute reservations.

We have a 30 acre tree farm located at the base of Sugarloaf Mt., away from roads, houses and people. Very secluded, with a 1/2 acre spring fed pond for swimming as well as groomed trails for sniffing, hiking and training. We are also a Lab Rescue foster family for young puppies and help train for their next fur-ever homes. Our place can also accommodate for upland and waterfowl training. We are as well associated with Buckeystown, Poolsville and Peachtree Veterinary hospitals.

Nala is 30lbs and will be shy at first but loves to run and play with other dogs. Maisie is 50 lbs and energetic. Message me if your dog would like a playmate! There is a water spigot on the porch near the gate, and there should be a bowl on the porch as well (it’s not under/near the spigot it may have been moved by the wind. It should be nearby!) POOL USE DETAILS: Pool is available via the “Extras” menu. Be sure to read descriptions for each option and message me with questions. •I also use Swimply for human only pool rental- and I have kids who use the pool. Therefore, there may be times I’ll have to tell you your requested pool use time is not available even if the Sniffspot app shows availability, due to scheduling conflicts that I cannot synch without also blocking my front yard. •The pool is located in the backyard and is fully fenced but the back yard itself is unfenced and is not available for use. •Access the pool from the back walkway from the driveway near the garage. •Enjoy use of the floats and furniture for humans only. •There is a water bowl, a hose you may use, and a shedding brush available. •No bathroom available (though I allow towel dried kid in urgent need! Arrival Notes: • Parking: Please park in front of the garbage cans located by the garage. • Dog Etiquette: Kindly keep your dogs leashed and off the front lawn. They can relieve themselves in the designated circle or elsewhere if necessary, but please minimize their presence on the front lawn. • Dog Waste: Dispose of all bagged dog waste in the trash can with the black lid in front of the garage before leaving. • Entrance and Exit: Access our Sniffspot using the single gate on the right-hand side of the house (as you face it from the driveway). The side yard next to the garage is off-limits. • Supplies: Dog bags are available in the boxes attached to the fence. There is a water bowl next to the hose bib for your convenience. Additionally, a picnic table, chairs, bug spray, and hand sanitizer are provided for your use. • Further Exploration: At the bottom of the stairs, another single gate with more dog bags provides access to the field, creek, and wooded walk. Please leash your dogs beyond this point unless they have excellent recall. Wildlife such as deer, foxes, raccoons, rabbits, hawks, and even beavers may be encountered. • Paths: To the left, a path leads through the woods, up the hill, and around the garage. On the right-hand side of the field, a gravel path leads back up to the driveway. You are welcome to explore the property with your dog(s). Description: • Property Overview: The property spans five acres and includes half an acre of fully fenced lawn, wooded paths, and an open field bordered by Popes Head Creek. Dogs enjoy running and playing off-leash in the fenced lawn area, and there are designated spots like a fire hydrant in the pea gravel area and a sandbox for their use. The creek offers a refreshing spot for dogs to explore and cool off. The property also provides numerous picturesque opportunities in all seasons. Dog Limitations: • Limit: We allow up to 4 dogs per reservation. If you wish to bring more or arrange a play date, please contact us to discuss it. Vehicle Limitations: • Vehicles: Each reservation allows a maximum of 2 vehicles. If you plan to bring a third vehicle, please add "Extra - Extra Vehicle" to your reservation and inform us to ensure adequate space. Child Supervision: • Children: Children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Parents are liable for any damage caused by their children. Beautiful two acre lot in the heart of Great Falls, VA. A welcoming place for you and your pups to run wild and feel the wind in their face! The property is fenced in, with the ability to close the gate when dogs are within the park. Parking available in the grass @ the front of lot. The “park” is still being developed so stay tuned for more “dog friendly fun” activities. As the weather warms up, we will provide water fun for the doggies, too!

Brand new fence! Officially opened! Located off of a quiet road by the Sky Meadows State Park entrance. We live on the property with our two rescue dogs (but they will be kept away and inside the house during your visit). Our property has a brand new fence (wood paddock style with reinforced cattle wire mesh) that we would like to share with people and their dogs who need some exercise.
