our family dogs live next door, however there is a privacy stockade fence between the sniffspot area giving about 50-75 feet of space between. we live on a quiet street, but we do have occasional people walking their dogs past the sniffspot. to alleviate some reactivity from the roadside, we have provided 40 foot barrier from the road, along with optional privacy panels you can request to clip on the sniffspot front fence.

Description

This spot was bought and dedicated to our Australian Shepherd, Sadie, to give high drive, high energy, high loving dogs and their humans a safe place to run, bark, learn, train, and smile! Visit us on our Facebook Page for program updates and events: https://www.facebook.com/groups/sadiesplace/?ref=share Sadie's favorite place was an Agility Trial, so we have provided Agility equipment for the use of Enrichment, Training, and Fun! TRU dog, LLC will be offering Agility Clinics, Training, and Education with our community Canine professionals! All proceeds will be used for upkeep and enhancements of Sadie's Place.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
