“The fenced orchard is located at the entrance of the property. While it is very private, tenants may occasionally drive by when entering or exiting. A neighboring dog on the other side of the driveway may bark briefly at first, but typically settles quickly. There is no direct contact, as the driveway separates the orchard from the neighboring fence. You may also see people walking their dogs on the street beyond the fence, but your dog will not have access to them, there is plenty of vegetation around fence.”

“No dogs are allowed on the couch. The couch is for humans to relax. Feel free to uncover it during your stay, but please cover it back up before you leave to help keep it clean. Please return balls and toys to the toy basket so the next guest doesn’t have to search for them. Mosquitoes can be active at times. There is mosquito repellent in the hanging bag by the umbrella, but it’s best to apply repellent before you arrive, as it takes a little time to become effective. The orchard is not recommended for night visits. There are motion lights along the fence, and a nearby streetlight provides some additional light, but visibility may still be limited. Coyotes are common in this area. Please note that this is a natural orchard, not a manicured lawn. There is grass and plant growth as you would find in nature. I prefer to keep the space chemical-free rather than spraying to eliminate weeds.”

Description

A beautiful, spacious orchard where dogs can run freely while humans relax on the outdoor couch. Dog toys are available, and in summer there is a doggie pool. Two elevated dog beds are provided for resting and cooling off. A doggie water bowl is available, with easy access to water for refills if needed. A poop scoop and trash can are also provided for convenience. Please note: dogs are not allowed on the couch. The couch is for humans only. Please uncover it before sitting. Thank you for helping keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Evening visits are not advised, as lighting is limited. There are a few motion lights along the fence and a nearby streetlight that helps somewhat, but it may not provide enough visibility for everyone.
