55Pat’s yard was perfect for our two dogs. The instructions were straightforward, parking was easy, the yard was spacious and the pool was clean! There were a few #2s in the yard from previous dogs, but that honestly didn’t bother us in the slightest. They had toys left out for the dogs, as well as beautiful flowers in the yard! Our dogs loved it and we had a wonderful time. 10/10 would choose again.

55It’s an amazing spot to be at. Very clean, nice space, great pool. The pool area is kind of isolated so it also helps with training the dog. Highly recommend to spend quality time with your pup here.
55Easy Access, great space. Though my dogs were to distracted by all the new smells to enjoy the pool...even in this heat. Owner was kind and said I could try getting in with them next time. Will definitely try again soon.

Fulled fenced in backyard .Private neighborhood in Van Nuys. $16for the first pup $ 8.50 for second and third . The park will be closed on most Wednesdays for pool and yard maintenance but check schedule. Please Note: the swimming pool is for the dogs unless you are helping them in or out of the pool, or training in the shallow end . THE POOL IS CONSIDERED AN EXTRA ! It is $9 extra per hour and $ 4.50 additional pup. Please be honest During your booking . ONE PARENT ONE POOCH ONLY unless prearranged.There is absolutely no diving , jumping , or doing laps. Please refrain from using Hawaiian Tropic or other suntan oils that cloud the water and please brush your pup before swim to reduce fur in pool. If your pup is prone to excessive shedding or barking we would not be a good match 🥲 NO CHILDREN! Thank you for your cooperation. Pat

SPOT/POOL RULES (please read) *This is a private session for your pets, please supervise your dog at all times. *Two pet parents per dog, please. Additional humans can be added as an extra. Children are not allowed on the site for safety reasons. *The deep end of the pool is up to 9 ft deep. Pets & humans swim at their own risk. The host is not responsible for any liability as there is NO lifeguard on site. *Pet parents are welcome to enter the pool to help and support your dog swimming, but are asked to primarly remain on dry ground. Please note NO BATHROOM is provided. *Please do not touch any pool system control in the backyard. You will be responsible for the damage if misused. *Please watch out for your dogs' activities at all times. The host is not liable for any injuries or damages that could happen to dogs and pet parents. *Please bring your own towels. *Pool is professionally cleaned by the pool cleaning company every Tuesday and there might be pool chemicals. * Before going in the pool please use the provided deshedding brush on long-haired breeds to keep the pool clean. Feel free to use the provided pool skimmer to clean the surface of the pool of any dog hair. *Please close the pool umbrella at the end of your visit if you used it. *No dog treats/human food or glassware in the pool. *Please note there are external security cameras on the side gate entrances and the backyard. Video footage is only accessed should there be security incidents.
