We are a farm property located in Lyons, CO. Our property has a variety of fenced in areas. There is a variety of farm animals on the property (Alpacas, Cows, Goats) that you are welcome to observe, but dogs are to NEVER interact with the animals.

We are located on the Reservoir Ridge trail head, where dogs have to be leashed. We find after a walk on the trail your furry friends like a little run in our enclosed area off leash. We welcome trainers and and dog sitters.

If your dog or dogs are super reactive to loud noise, other people, or other animals, this may not be the best location for them, the area is business/industrial and near a major road. It is possible that the smallest of dogs, diggers, and jumpers may find ways through the fence, please inspect the fence before letting your pups loose. For mornings and evenings during the summer months, you may want to consider wearing longer clothes and bringing bug spray for mosquitos.

This property is not fenced in, so your pup must be obedient for safety reasons :) Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway (just please don’t block the garage). My land boundary includes up to the white fence to the North, to route 402 on the South, and up to the private road on the West side of the property. I particularly love the evening hours here; sunsets can be stunning! Depending where you are on the property, you will be treated with views of the foothills and Long’s peak! Enjoy the unobstructed views of Longs and Meeker Peaks while your dog runs like it was meant to do. The entire property is 10 acres and the sniffspot area is 6.5 acres. Also have a smaller enclosure that can be used for training,new dog intros, dog birthday parties. You may see us working in our lavender fields while you are here. There had been a few horses and cows in the pasture before but they are gone now. Consider booking for half an hour on hot summer days. Feel free to bring a beverage and a picnic blanket and watch the sunset behind the mountains (book the last slot of the day to watch the sunset).
