🐾 Dog Safety & Behavior • All dogs must be supervised at all times. • No aggressive behavior toward people or other dogs on the property. • Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the property. • No digging, chewing, or damaging the fence, gazebo, or trees. • If your dog is a jumper or climber, please monitor closely — the fence is secure but not escape-proof for extreme jumpers. 🧼 Cleanliness • Pick up all waste before leaving. • Please do not allow dogs to urinate on seating or the gazebo structure. • If your dog has an accident indoors (if indoor access is granted), clean immediately and notify the host. 🏡 Property Use • Stay within the fenced yard unless indoor access has been approved. • Do not move or rearrange furniture without permission. • No climbing on the gazebo or trees. • No smoking or vaping within 20 feet of the back door at the property. • No glass containers in the yard. 👨‍👩‍👧 Guests & Noise • Only registered guests and their dogs are allowed on the property. • Keep noise to a reasonable level to respect neighbors. • Children must be supervised at all times. 🌳 Weather & Shade • Shade is available under the gazebo and mature trees — please monitor your dog for heat stress. • In extreme weather, indoor access may be available upon request. 🚗 Parking & Arrival • Park only in the designated area (driveway is suggested ). • Do not block neighbors’ driveways or mailboxes. • Enter through the gate slowly and ensure it is fully closed behind you. 🐕 Indoor Access (If Offered) • Indoor access must be requested in advance. • No unsupervised dogs indoors. • No dogs on furniture unless you explicitly allow it. • Respect the space as if it were your own home. 🛠 Damage & Liability • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs. • Report any issues immediately so they can be addressed for future visitors.
