🚨please read my profile in its entirety and message me with any questions BEFORE booking🚨 🚨pool is closed for the season. Yard is still open for use🚨 No pool? No yard? Don’t like going to the dog park? Want a large private space with no interruptions all to your self ? Bring your pup to there very own private oasis. They can do zoomies around the big yard, swim in the large in ground pool, cool off in the large amounts of shaded areas, even go down a slide on the playground. The pups: Included:Toys, water, treats, yard, playground access,scooper with bags. *You are responsible for picking up after your dog*-the yard is checked before and after each visit. 🚨pool access for dogs is an additional charge. It a costly upkeep for daily maintenance. Please see extras.🚨 The humans: Included-Water, snacks, games, basketball court, playground, lounge chairs to take the sun included. You can also sit in the many options of shaded areas or rest at the firepit in a beautiful Adirondack chair. If you would like anything additional please don’t hesitate to ask! ⭐️If you are confused about the extras-Dont stress. Just message me and tell me what you would like and i can customize a listing for you! ⭐️ 2 people max per visit. Any additional person(s) is 7 per person. No large parties. Inquire within.

Birthday pawty-Customized party for your dog includes but not limited to: decorations, tables, chairs, party favor bag for each dog guest and cake/bandana/birthday hat/special toy for the birthday boy/girl. At least 3 days notice is needed for this extra.

Watch your dog have a blast chasing and eating edible bacon or peanut butter bubbles!! Included is a bubble machine for you to use and a 4 ounce bottle of bubbles for you to use and keep. Inquire within for availability.

This yard has been well-loved by kids and dogs through the past 25 years. The past 11 it was a place for our German Shepherd to run around and play ball in all types of weather. Now that the kids are grown and the dog has moved on, I would love to share my yard with you and your pups! Please feel free to ask me any questions.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
