Description

TL;DR A backyard made for zoomies, sniffs, and tail wags—hosted by humans who truly get it. Description This private, fully fenced ½-acre yard offers plenty of space for running, exploring, and decompressing. It’s ideal for reactive dogs, high-energy pups, or dogs who simply prefer their own space. The yard is quiet, clean, and located in a calm residential neighborhood—perfect for stress-free play. We have two dogs of our own who also prefer private play, which is exactly why we loved using SniffSpot before finding this home. During your visit, our dogs will always remain inside and will never share the yard. They may occasionally be heard indoors, but your pup will have the outdoor space completely to themselves. A peaceful, low-pressure spot where dogs can just be dogs 🐾 Entry & Parking Instructions: • Please enter through the double gate on the right side of the garage (when facing the house from the street). • Do not enter the small dog run area at any time. • If parking in the driveway, please do not block the left garage door (when facing the house).

Please park on the right side of the driveway (if standing in street looking at house). There is a double gate to the right of the garage - you may enter there. Please DO NOT enter the smaller dog run or sun room at any time!! Thank you for understanding.

Newly installed fully fenced in area approximately 2600 ft. Does have a small Hill in one spot. We do treat the lawn with a dog friendly pesticide company because there are so many mosquitoes here. So basically our backyard doesn't have many mosquitoes at all. There is access to water and we have a splash pad available. It's a nice area to come and let your dogs just run and play. There are some spots in the fence that are not all the way to the ground so if you have a very little dog it may not be ideal. There are toys in the toybox. We have one designated parking spot that's off the road at the end of the driveway.
