Description

This fully fenced backyard offers plenty of space for dogs to run, explore, and enjoy private off-leash time. The yard is well-suited for individual dogs or multi-dog households looking for a quiet, secure environment. Off-street parking is available as well as in the driveway, with a private gated entrance providing easy access to the yard. Outdoor seating and a picnic table are available for guest use during your visit. The yard is enclosed by a combination of fencing: 4-ft chain link fencing with privacy screening and a 6-ft vinyl fence along the rear boundary where neighboring chickens are located. Neighboring properties may have dogs or chickens visible or audible beyond the fence line at times. A dedicated dog waste station with scoops and a disposal bucket is provided for convenience. For safety and security, exterior cameras monitor the yard and entry areas. This spot is best suited for dogs comfortable with typical backyard sights and sounds and a 4-ft fence in some areas of the yard.

Hi! I’m Katherine, a mom, U.S. Coast Guard veteran, and lifelong animal lover based in Milford, NH. As both a dog owner and a parent, I understand how important it is to have safe, reliable spaces where dogs can truly run, explore, and burn off energy in a secure environment. That is why I decided to share our fully fenced backyard through Sniffspot. I work from home and have a friendly black lab. During all guest reservations, my dog will remain inside to ensure your visit is private, calm, and distraction free. I may be home working while you are here, but I generally do not meet guests unless needed. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor seating during their visit, and a dedicated dog waste station with scoops and a disposal bucket is provided for convenience. For safety and peace of mind, exterior security cameras monitor the yard and entry areas. There is no audio and no interior cameras. My goal is to offer a clean, thoughtfully maintained space where dogs and their people can relax and enjoy private off leash time. Please feel free to reach out with any questions before booking. (Please note, the trampoline seen in the pictures has been removed). There is a water bowl and some poop bags on the cement slab in the backyard (please dispose of the full poop bags in the trash bin at the front of the house), 3 balls also available to play with. There is also a water hose available. If the dog water bowl has no water in it, you are welcome to use the hose to fill it!
