Fully fenced with a gate, 1/4 acre shaded by oak trees. Bird and squirrel feeders present, wild animals are usually around. Located in a neighborhood in Mobile near Cottage Hill/University Blvd

1)Keep the dogs on leashes until they are in the gate and it is closed. Stray dogs and coyotes have been seen around here, so be cautious entering and exiting the property. 2) Pick up after your dogs, please. Bring bags with you, and they can be tossed in the large trash can
