We have free range chickens and ducks in the front of our property close to the house and away from the pastures you will be using. Our cattle rotate around the property during rotational grazing time in the summer.

Pastures have picnic tables to set items down while you visit. We offer campsites along the Molalla River. Check out Hip Camp and book your stay with us at Molalla Ripple. We offer fields for your pup to run in one of our three pastures. All dogs will be on leash when outside of the fenced-in areas for your dog's safety and the camper's dog's safety.

Welcome to JSM Ranch LLC./Molalla Ripple. We run a small cattle ranch with Campsites along the Molalla River.
fenced pasture infront of home . Gravel driveway. Water provided for dogs. ( if water has ran out , there is a water facuet/ hose on each side of the house next to the white barrel, Tree swing . 2 chairs . Trampoline, climbing done , and other kid activities in front lawn if kids want to use ( not fenced in ) . Located off stafford rd in tualatin . Next door neighbor Has horses, which are not directly alongside the fence, but nice to view them . Across the street , Front neighbor has cows . ATTN:The metal gates have a gap between them and underneath the metal gates . Shouldn’t be a problem for larger dogs or dogs who are focused on their toys, or non escape artists. please clean up after all dogs to maintain the space clean at all times . :)
large open Feild with a few old horse obstacles and a water spigot. enjoy views of Portland, Clackamas and Colton while letting your dog play! very dark at night please pay attention to sunset time as there is no lights.
This winter has been very wet and the field now has some wet spots. The area is a fully fenced field almost 2 acres. A short walk to field from parking.
As many reviews will confirm, this is a beautiful park area. Signage to guide you for easy access in and out. Upper and lower parking areas for multiple cars. Porta Potty for humans. large mowed areas to throw a ball of Frisbee. Large pond with an easy in and out slope into the water for young and senior pups. A small Jon boat with paddle for a pup water tour of the pond. A selection of different size life Jackets for pups and humans. A bulletin board with a sample display of a Blue Green Algae test kit that can be purchased on Amazon’s. An area next to it where guests who do the tests can post the day, time and results for other pup owners to see. An array of pup towels to dry off with and a drying line. A Muddy Paw Spa wash station b4 they get back in the car, multiple large shaded sitting areas. A 10’x 10’ sand filled dig box for the pups who just have a need to dig. A “Tug of War”spring loaded grab bar for pups who like a good tug of war. Multiple pup fresh water dispensers, with bowls for them. Multiple Doggie Poop Depots with poop bag dispensers so for your convenience, no need to carry that around while you explore the 15 acres. ( Fair Warning.. very low tolerance for a guest who does not pick up after their pup) Two wooded trails areas that we have just begun to develop for the wild side areas to explore. A Large professional Obstacle Course with most of the obstacles course pieces seen on U-Tube. Toy stations with a large variety of toys to select from (Please be considerate for the next guest, return them back to the station after use). Porta Potty for humans was hand sanitizer, lime dispenser to process waste and illuminate odor. Two Frisbee Gulf course areas under development. Bring your own disks to play while you pup sniffs,…or rent a back pac of putters, mid range and long range disks from us. Chair and fire pit areas, with a selection of firewood bundles that can be purchased. And more to come at Tail Waggers, (the Disney Land for pups.)
Just opened! Gate to enter on Bull Mountain Rd, on the northwest side of the property. We have a fun cattle gate that slides open. Duck your head and walk on up a wooden boardwalk to the backside of our yard. The fenced in area includes all of the backyard up to the landscaped area next to the house. Feel free to roam and run across the back section. This is stick-topia. A stick for every pup that wants one. Feel free to take one home with you We will compost the dog waste, please just scoop up the poo with the provided shovel and add to the bucket. We will take it from there. There's a swing for humans, please enjoy. I am working on building a nice little shelter, but for now enjoy the cover the beautiful Douglas fir trees provide.
(NEW EXTENDED AREA. We doubled the space! ) (Since the snow it’s MUDDY now! Bring boots.) Relax with your pooch in a hidden valley away from street noise in our private dog park called The Dog-Out! Sit in the woodsy A-frame hut, out of the sun or rain while your pups explores the 1/3 acre area. Sit at the picnic table and share lunch together. Need to get out some energy? Run your dog through all the agility obstacles! A Saw-Dust Toilet Outhouse is available for your convenience. See pictures. It’s there incase you need it. Coming Soon: a swing-set for the kids, more obstacles, more toys. Dogs are free to dig as much as they want! Our farm is 1/2 mile down a private drive. The Sniffspot is at our property entrance along our driveway. There’s a mini-Aussie that lives in the white house 500 ft away from the Sniffspot. Small family farm, located on a safe, quiet road. The well-maintained Indoor sand arena of our horse barn makes for the perfect all weather dog park! *farm animals are not in view while inside the arena. Scenic, peaceful location. Separate SniffSpot guest entrance to indoor arena. Arena is very large and secure; great for training! ***Excessive barkers may be asked to leave.
After years of apartment renting our dogs finally got to experience the joy of a private backyard when we moved into this home! Now your dogs can have that chance too!! Our backyard is fully fenced and relatively private with trees boarding the property! Parking and access is easy on this corner lot - just park on the side road, use the gate, and enjoy!
