Warning, short but somewhat steep hike up. Property is used as a campsite on most weekends but is usually free on week days. The entire property is 5 acres but there is a cliff that suddenly goes up at the end of camp so it probably makes the space where you would walk more like 2 acres. Maybe just one. I’m bad at guessing this. Unfenced so dogs must be on leash or have great recall. There is a fire pit but you would need to haul your own wood up a hill so I doubt you want to do that! Lots of brush. Lots of sniffing to be done. Feel free to use chairs and hammock but please do not go inside tent or use my wood. It’s hard to haul up there.

Our home has a private driveway and plenty of street parking. We have a private gate entrance for guests, and a beautiful patio with comfortable lounge chairs under a shaded pergola for humans to enjoy while your pup plays with a yard full of toys! Need essentials? We’ve got you covered. Hose access and bowls for pup drinking water, a doggy first aid kit, pooper scooper, and trash can. Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide dog toys that are sanitized between visits. Please BYO water bowl/container- we do have a hose available for fill ups. Hope to have you for a visit soon! This is a newly fenced in grass yard with plenty of space for your pup to play and run around. As dog owners ourselves, we built a secure fenced in area for her to run around. We’d love to share that space with you and your pups. You will have full access to .74 acres of grassy land. Bring a blanket and watch them run or get in on the fun and throw a frisbee around. Either way, we hope your dogs love our space. Our space is great for reactive dogs to run carefree. We are approximately 1.5 miles off the Thruway which makes a great spot for traveling dogs to stretch their legs. There will be a SniffSpot sign marking the entrance to the space. Simply pull up on the latch on top of the gate. The gate will swing outward. Feel free to pull all the way down the driveway if you prefer.

I have fenced in area with sitting bench. My yard gets mosquitoe joe sprays for ticks. Gravel area next to fenced in spot that is grass free. Back and side of the house hase huge open yard with picnic table. Great for distance run and throwing ball.

Beautiful 6.4 acres that also back onto 1000+ acres of state land. But with the convenience of a house with full amenities. If you’d like exposure for your pup(s) to other animals, we also have 3 dogs, 1 blind/deaf cat, and chickens!
