Our large, private, fully fenced backyard offers plenty of open grassy space for dogs to run, sniff, train, and relax off-leash. The yard is quiet and secure, making it a great option for reactive, shy, or easily overstimulated dogs who do best with private playtime. There are shaded areas throughout the yard and a patio space with seating for humans while pups explore. The open layout is ideal for fetch, zoomies, and training sessions for dogs of all sizes. 🚫 Please note: The pool and pool area are off-limits to dogs and guests and are securely blocked off. Fresh water is provided. We appreciate guests treating our family yard with care so we can continue offering it as a safe, welcoming space for dogs. Perfect for: • Off-leash exercise • Training sessions • Reactive or nervous dogs • Multi-dog households House Rules • 🚫 Pool and pool area are not accessible to dogs or guests • 🐕 Please supervise your dog at all times • 💩 Pick up after your dog before leaving • 🚪 Ensure gates are securely closed when entering and exiting • 🧸 Please bring your own toys and remove them when you leave • 🙏 Be respectful of the yard and surrounding neighbors

It is not the largest fence in Nashville, however it is fully fenced. If your dog is under 10 lb I would keep an eye out (due to the fence door is not flushed completely with the actual fence) I have two small bistro chairs and an umbrella for you to sit under and enjoy. My back porch light will always be on, and depending on the weather the solar powered umbrella does also provide lights. You know I'm a busy area I'm at the end of the Street where traffic is lighter in my cul-de-sac. I wish I could say no dogs are around the neighborhood but not everybody follows leash laws as they should! Please be mindful and use provided bags to clean up after your animal and dispose of in the trash can. If you need a quick get away for your dog to be off leash and just get out some of those zoomies this is the place for you!
