Fencing details: Outer perimeter full fencing is livestock fencing, will deter but not hold all dogs. The pasture area is so big, running is fun! My dog runs free when we go for walks without problems; it’s her absolute favorite thing to do!

Description

Turn down this beautiful, secluded, tree-lined drive and wind your way toward 36 acres of organic sniffing and running fields, rolling pastures, wooded acreage, spring-fed stream and stocked pond. You’ll pass a historic two-story red barn built in 1890, blooming apple trees, bee hives, horse stable (with horse and sheep), and guest house to this restored, historic 1890s house. Beautiful native trees and a historic stone smokehouse. Sky-blue chicken coop and free ranging (fenced in) chickens. Look out the east for a beautiful view of the nearby stream. Additional viewable structures include a corn shed, two line sheds, outhouse and grain bins. The entrance to this unique property is secured with an electronic gate. Reserve 3 hours and fish at our stocked pond while the dogs play! Lots to do and see/sniff for pups and owners! Please see photos for property map.

Hazards

Natural wildlife and plants, thorns. Farm animals. Pool, Pond, streams, cliffs and valleys. We don’t spray any poisons on the property so please be prepared for natural insects by wearing personal repellent and making sure your dogs are treated. Outer perimeter fencing is livestock fencing, will deter but not hold all dogs. I would keep your dogs leashed until getting to the pasture area; they might try to run into the horse area so keeping them leashed will help over when you first park. Use of this property is at your own risk. Do not enter any fenced in horse area or fenced areas by house or any buildings. Please leave no trace :) Parking available inside gate. Additional rules Dog poop and toy pickup required. *Must wash dogs with water hose before entering pond if your dog uses topical insecticides or flea collar (to avoid any pest treatments from doggies getting in the pond). For your germ safety we also recommend washing the dogs after exiting the pond as well. Waste receptacles provided for poo. Please clean up after your dogs to be courteous to the next guests.

1 Acre Fenced-In Private Dog Park in the Northland

Come enjoy our easy-to-get-to 1 acre backyard! Half sunny field, half shaded woods, this spot is perfect for exploration! There is a small shed with a shaded porch, chairs, towels, treats, toys and water jug for refills. Feel free to use the kiddie pools as well!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
