Enjoy seating on the terrace or bring a blanket and enjoy tranquil views of Norfolk Botanical Garden, while watching planes take off from Norfolk Int'l Airport. The picturesque Wiseacre Estate has served as a wedding venue, an Airbnb, and now... a private, peaceful retreat for you and your beloved doggies! Hose and water bowl on-premises. * Kindly bring poop bags and pick up after your dog(s). (Trashcans on red backyard patio) Thank you and ENJOY!

Penny's Place: A Spacious Norfolk Yard

Entrance to the right: Please follow the Sniffspot flags to enter our yard (PLEASE ONLY USE ENTRANCE WITH FLAGS- RIGHTHAND SIDE) **Please keep in mind for everyone’s safety, we share two fence lines with neighboring dogs. There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property. We live in a suburb with close neighbors whom often enjoy their outdoor space in good weather. Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. *if bad weather is highly anticipated in the area, please understand that we may not always approve a full refund if you cancel last minute HOURS: we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6 am. We vow to never raise our prices above $10/hr. Winter months see a price drop to $8/hr ❄️☃️

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
