55Dogs just love coming here. They start getting excited the moment we turn on to the road! There is always a nice, big, fresh bowl of water along with a toy bin left out. Great shade for those sunny days and lots of great things to sniff. There was even a squirrel for my big girl to chase today! And my old little man loves taking his time to explore. 
55We love going there whenever we are in town. My boy plays hard and loves running as fast as he can! Then he rests for a few and repeat.
55This was such a great place to let my dogs have a romp. Bigger than our yard with lots of great and interesting smells and lots of shade. Brianna was great and communicative. She even left out treats and lots of fresh water. With the heat, I’m finding it difficult to walk them when the pavement isn’t scorching. This will be a great alternative- plus no risk of reacting for my reactive pups!
55First....PSA.. the mailbox for the house with the number on it is on the opposite side of the road to the house 😁 This was awesome. We have three Shih Tzu‘s and they’ve just had an absolute blast. Positives: really lovely big open area; treats were left for our little fluff balls; swingset available so if you’ve got kids awesome; big water bowl was left out for our Doggos;friendly neighbour who didn’t mind when our nosy Doggos came over and started barking. Negatives: we saw one poo- which for the size of the place is actually really good ( Briana-as you come out your house it’s to the right near the front 😁) and there is an open garage/barn area with lots of stuff in and a shed with space underneath that naughty dogs that are tired of running around can get into. Neither negative was enough to not be a five star experience. Thank You!
55We are staying with family for the weekend and have nowhere for our pup to run. We booked to give him a chance to run around and he loved it! He is 54 lbs and 7 months old and full of energy. The first 20 minutes he spent running as fast and hard as he could. After that he started exploring. He had the best time and we will definitely do this again! Thank you for the treats, fresh water, toys, and space to run! This was truly a gift to my family! This was our first time using a sniffspot and we were nervous about how it would go. We are so glad we did it!
55Brianna's yard was the perfect spot! Our dog had plenty of room to run around and explore. She left fresh water and even some treats for our dog. There are a basket of different sorts of toys to play with.
55My dog and my friend’s dog had an amazing time at Brianna’s spot! There’s a perfect amount of space for them to be able to run and for me to still keep an eye on them! My dog doesn’t really play with toys, but for dogs that do, there’s a toy basket left out with several different kinds of toys. There was also a big, clean water bowl filled with fresh water which was much appreciated! I highly recommend Brianna’s spot and I will definitely be back 😊
55Nice spot with lots of trees for shade and different seating options. Amenities as described with the exception that I didn't see a kiddie pool

Doggie Birthday Party$50

To book this, please message first! This is a large group fee for doggie birthday party in addition to paying for spot use. Fee covers up to 10 dogs. 1 adult per dog (children welcome). 2 hour minimum. All dogs must be accounted for when booking. Includes doggie pool set up with towels, light bday decor including photo op backdrop.
