***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** We have 2+ acres with a forest backing onto our property to offer privacy for any type of dog you may have! I know how important it is for reactive dogs to have a safe space, and I’m glad that we can offer them that :) In the summer the 1 unfenced tree line becomes thick and full with greenery offering complete privacy. There is a hill for the dogs to run up and down to really get a good exercise in!

We are right off Highway 7, so it is an easy commute, there is about 30ft from the highway to the house so it is not right on the highway

When we were looking for a house, we knew we wanted some land for our pups to be able to run around safely and freely :) we have found that with this piece of property and we hope that your pups get to enjoy it as much as ours have!

KB Farm -10 acres of dog space!

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD. Approx 10 acres of pasture available for dogs to run and play with gate access to rail trail right behind property. There is a shed by barn that has dog bowls and toys and treats with bags and hand sanitizer as well as long line leashes if you dont feel confident with your dog being completely off leash at first. Please feel free to use them! Hose is available to be used as well and is out hanging on the gate. To turn hose on you have to go into the barn downstairs, you will see it attached in the little separate front room right inside barn door.No animals currently in pastures which is why im renting it out so it can be used and enjoyed however there may still be some leftover hay bailer twice pieces and horse manure in field so please be aware of this! There is a pond in the one south field and the fencing is livestock fencing and could use some work so smaller dogs would likely be able to get through however You know your dog best so you can choose if the fencing works for you or not. It is along the main road (Hwy 35). The fencing is in as is condition but if you need some extra space for your furry friend(s) to run and play mine sure enjoy it! There is a small 10x10 shelter in the one field and a barn with lights up top. Power and wifi (Bramwell95) are available to be used if needed, feel free to use anything in the shed up top by the main gates for your dog(s) :) Parking can be up by barn gate or you can drive onto the large grassy front yard area and park anywhere on there too. 	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
