Yes, we are OPEN year-round! One quarter acre dog play area, fully fenced, for your dog to run and play safely off-leash. Conveniently located in the heart of Oshawa - just 3 minutes north of HWY 401! All sizes and breeds welcome! Perfect if your dog(s) are timid or reactive, who live in apartments or have tiny yards, or who just aren't a good fit for public dog parks. Great place to work on your training! A variety of toys for your active dog(s), lots to sniff if your dog(s) prefers to just wander around - we have a sensory walk and garden! Lots of seating and shade - so you can enjoy yourself too! Featuring lots of mature shade trees to check out, bushes to hide behind, birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and balls, Frisbees, and bubbles to chase - leash-free! Jump in the leaves in the fall, and build a snowman in the winter! Don't forget to check out our photo ops - different ones for the holidays, birthdays, and year-round! Message your host if you may be very early or late. 🐶 Make sure to check out the spot before letting your dog off leash to make sure the area is safe, and all gates are closed. 🐶 Please pick up after your dog(s). A garbage bin is provided for disposal. 🐶 You may not enter any residence (this includes using the restroom). 🐶 Leave the spot as it was or better than when you found it.

I am semi-retired after 8+ years of dog sitting/boarding, and we have created a fun yard for my clients to play in. I have two little senior dogs myself, who don't do well at public dog parks, so I am grateful to be able to provide our yard as a great alternative to dog play spaces.Denny is 13yrs old (bichon/poodle), who was attacked by 6 German Sheppards at a public park the first time we took him there as a puppy. He was terrified!Dexter is 18yrs old (bichon) - a once reactive dog who is too cute for people to believe me, and constantly want to pet him. He is too old and tired to care now, he just wants to sleep all the time.I hope you will come and enjoy our yard!

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Hose is seasonal. Lights at night can be turned on by plugging in the string of lights on the deck behind the table. Dog toys can be found in a container on the deck. When we are around we provide free amenities on the table of the deck (human and dog snacks, dog bowl, water, poop bags, etc).

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
