Human friends can take a break in the shade and watch for some of the magnificent birds that also visit the river while your pup is having the time of it’s life. Private parking onsite. *** This is a “carry in carry out” “park!” Please take your poop bags. I cannot have all the poop :) There is a park with a garbage bag 200 yards from my house if you want to dispose of it quickly. Right out of my driveway, 200 yards on your left. Pull over and toss the bag into the garbage there. **Back patio is off limits. It is not fenced but please respect this space, tables, chairs, etc., as my private space and refrain from sitting/lounging. Please also refrain from in using the swing set. Please do your best to keep pups from running through any plantings! All other space in front yard near the river and backyard grassy area and woods are available to explore! ***I have recently found a lot of poop in my yard. You MUST clean up after your dogs. If it continues I will have to shut down my spot. Please keep a watchful eye on your dogs and clean up their poop. I cannot police the yard after every visitor and clean up their poop. Be respectful of the Sniffspot community and just in general have respect and clean up after your dogs!!!

Come let your pups explore off-leash in Northwest Yonkers, just up the road from NYC. Plenty of space to sniff, play fetch, run, and maybe even chase some squirrels! Patio furniture, hammock (during warm months) & wi-fi for pet parents to lounge while your dog(s) roam. The hammock is rated for over 300 lbs - move to your desired spot, and enjoy but please move it back so the "runway" is clear for the next pups. Playdates and parties welcome! Your dog will absolutely 💕 playing on this private six acre Wilton 🐶 estate that overlooks the reservoir w/ plenty of room for parking. Please clean up after your 🐶 Also, one of our guests left their ball in the front yard so if you’re missing a ball it’s probably yours 😂

Large fully fenced in yard with some Adirondack chairs you can sit in. We also have a table and chairs with an umbrella for shade. Lots of room to run and play ball with your dog. The backyard gets almost full sun midday and full shade in the morning and late afternoon. If it’s a hot day we recommend booking early or later in the day. We put out a fan on the table for hot days, and an ice water pitcher for the humans. We also can give ice water in the dog bowl for hot sunny days. A kiddie pool is also available if the weather is warm enough and your pup enjoys water. Bring your own towel! The two balls that are placed out are washed with soap after each doggo visit.

We have a private gate entrance for guests, and a beautiful patio with comfortable lounge chairs under a shaded pergola for humans to enjoy while your pup plays with a yard full of toys!
